Beach house holiday rentals in Glenelg

Charlton was a great host, he was really responsive and gave us clear instructions for everything we needed. The house is exactly as described, it is clean, spacious, well-furnished, the kitchen is well stocked as it is in an amazing location. Check-in and check-out was so straight forward. We would love to stay here again.

Great location for a lovely stay in Adelaide. Kitchen is amazing. View is second to none. Could do with a refresh and front stairs need replacing asap but all in all we loved our stay! Thanks!

Fantastic location so close to the beach and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Construction site across the road at times was noisy but not too much. Would definitely stay here again.

John's place is spectacular! Clean, thoughtful design details and best of all very close to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need, including children's cups, plates and cutlery. Felt like a home away from home. We had a slight technical glitch with our shower and John was super responsive and had it fixed right away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sail House in Seacliff!

The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had a great time and enjoyed proximity to the beach, walking paths and local dining.

Was an awesome place to stay. Perfect for our Gather round stay. Clean and spacious. Quick stroll to the beach. Will try and book next year for sure.

I hesitate to do this review because I want this gorgeous small home to be available every time I am in Adelaide! We stay in many AirB's and this has become an absolute favourite. Elle was fantastic to deal with and kind enough to allow us to arrive early after a hospital stay. Having the beach so close and a short 15 minute walk to the closest cafes added to the appeal. We will definitely be back!

Carl is an incredible host and his property is outstanding! The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and offers stunning views of the water. We stayed as a group of seven adults with three children, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. The open-plan kitchen and living area, along with the generous balcony, made it easy for us to spend quality time together. At the same time, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms provided enough privacy and convenience for everyone. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic house in a great location. Had lots of recommendations and was able to accommodate an early check in as some guests arrived early. Emma is a great host, lots of information on the local area and very good to deal with.

“Fabulous Retreat”. This wonderful home is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our close, walking distance proximity to the beach. We loved how central we were to all the things we wanted to enjoy & we loved the extra benefit of the heated pool/spa. So decadent. The Hosts certainly went out of their way to increase “the indulgence of our stay”. The linen was dreamy & the thoughtfulness of towels for the pool appreciated. The kitchen had everything we could need & we relished our treats. Definitely the perfect place for a couples get away 💕

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

We love this property…so much we never want to leave! Great location. A nice walk to the beach. Lots of stairs, but we love the exercise. The house is a great layout and has everything you need.

We stayed over Easter and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect — spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen that made it easy to host the rest of the basketball team for lunch. The boys had a blast playing on the tennis court and swimming in the pool. The location was excellent — close to public transport and the beach, which made everything really convenient. David was a great host: friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place — we had a great time and would happily stay again.

Great to place to stay for a few families over a Xmas break or on holidays. Very easy walk to Jetty Rd and restaurants and host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would totally stay again and the place was such a delight to be in and feel like home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the place was both beautiful and clean. It's just a short walk to the popular beach and only a quick drive to the Colonnades Shopping Centre. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at 20 High Street, Glenelg. The house was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and cafes. Lynette was a fantastic host. Her communication was clear, friendly, and timely from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. She made everything easy and stress-free. Neat as a pin Sarah was a gr8 host. A great little getaway for my daughter and I. Greeted with a basket of snacks, this lovely unit felt so homely. Quiet neighbourhood . Sarah responded to any phone calls or messages straight away. would highly recommend this stay.

Great Location, easy to walk to loads of restaurants, the beach and shops with tram access to the CBD. The space is large enough for two couples. Very considerate hosts have left washing liquid and loads of useful items for your stay. The only downside is the amount of noise with being so close to all of the action. Each weekday morning the garbage truck woke us between 5.30am and 6am. If you are an early riser then no matter. Parking was easy with a permit provided.
