Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

This house was amazing! We really enjoyed the backyard with our dogs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking meals together. The location is perfect and walkable to various beach access to the calm and less populated bay. We also walked to the wetlands trail with our stroller. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly but we made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, it does get a little cold at night but the two fireplaces made it cozy. The laundry room was equipped with everything and we utilized that to wash some clothes that got dirty at the beach. We will definitely be back with more family as the house is large enough to accommodate more than we traveled with this time. Sue is very responsive and helpful. For a nearby dinner I highly recommend the rusty truck. House felt toddler friendly with pack n play and baby gates available.

Such a perfect and peaceful retreat on the Oregon coast! Northon was incredibly proactive, sending us a ton of local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and things to do. We loved our time here!

Fantastic spot. On the top of a large hill so it's a little private and has an incredible view. The layout is perfect for a couple of families to share without getting in each other's way, and there's a wonderful place for kids (or big kids) to play downstairs. The upstairs den is wonderful, with gorgeous views and comfortable furniture for lounging. Everything's clean, well appointed and wonderful. Netarts itself is small, but it's only 10 minutes from Tillamook, which has everything you could need. And you can wander up and down the coast from there quite well.

This house was fantastic. Close to the ocean and easy access to the beach. The house was very comfortable and was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The back yard was fully fence which made it nice for the dogs. It had a fire pit but did not get a chance to use it and also had a hot tub. When the wind was picking up in the front the back yard was calm. That made it nice to hang out back there. Over all it was a great couple of days. Thanks for sharing your place with us and I will look forward to staying again next time we decide to come to town.

Really nice place. So many upsides to talk about. A bit far from the beach, but the price reflected. Kitchen had almost everything we needed as cooks. Of course it’s not our home, but best in a rental house so far. Very responsive when we had questions. Good BBQ for a rental (Weber) and the hot tub worked great. Close to the beach but a walk. Fire pit was perfect. Game room awesome. An amazing trip. Love Lincoln City.

We had an amazing time. Robin was very responsive to questions. The place was spotless and homey without being cluttered, we had plenty of room to unpack and "move in" for our stay. Thank you so much for making our vacation so quiet and relaxing.

Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. The pics don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for many people to spread out or hang together. The windows offer expansive view quiet the outdoor area can’t be beat. I wasn’t quite sure about the soaking tubs but they ended up being everyone’s fave feature! 12/10 … would stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this house and my family all agrees that when it comes to value you really can't do better than this place! Though it could use a little updating and TLC (our 8-year old daughter got quite a few splinters from the deck and the railing) the location is great - easy access to the beach, It's pet-friendly, clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay Wally is very responsive and friendly. We've already booked our next stay here.

Our stay was perfect. I can see now why this place is so popular in the area. Descent go the beach is close to the property and worth all of the steps. The actual house is amazing and incredibly well-kept. If it went on the market, we would buy it as our forever home. As for Chris, we have nothing but positives to say. He was kind, responsive, and understood that our arrival was impacted by an unforeseen circumstance. He helped us feel welcome and supported, while giving complete, peaceful privacy.

This place was absolutely perfect and had everything that was listed. It was spotless, cozy, very close to the beach, and had most of everything needed for a short stay already there. There’s no washer and dryer in house which is slightly inconvenient but there is a laundromat close by. However, that was so easily overlooked by everything else that the house had to offer as well as how kind and responsive the host is. Highly highly recommended and would visit again.

The place was perfect for 2 people and our older dog. Was very quiet which was perfect as we go to bed early. Check in was easy as Allison was very responsive. Bed was super comfy too which we appreciated because we have had our share of some not so comfy beds. Overall nice stay! Thank you

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

Great homey and welcoming house. The view of the ocean was amazing. Great place to explore the coast north and south. House had everything we needed. Comfy beds! Thank you for letting us experience a wonderful setting on the coast!

Great view of the ocean with a nice trail down to the beach. Condo was spacious and well-kept, with friendly staff. Pool/Spa have been torn down and new buildings are under construction.

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.
