Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Glendale

Couldn’t ask for a better host during my stay. This being my 3rd stay at one of his locations, each one comes with very specific instructions and excellent hospitality. Highly highly recommended!!

This place was very nice and cozy. Plenty of space for a person or couples. I only spend two days but i wanted to stay for longer because i felt right at home and very comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed the access to Whole Foods, restaurants and Venice beach was close driving proximity. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud each night from 7-9:30 with foot traffic but I think they had rambunctious kiddos. Host was awesome on communication.

My family and I had such and amazing time at this location! looking forward to booking here for our upcoming trip to LA !!!

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

Our family enjoyed a weekend at Simon's place. We especially loved the yard, the view, the hot tub, and the feeling of peace + privacy. It was a convenient location for all of our stops (Pasadena, Downtown, NoHo, etc.).

Where do I start… My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon and had an unforgettable experience. The home is a private hidden gem in Laurel Canyon with stunning views. Lawrence and Ren went above and beyond—stocking the house with snacks and sending a detailed list of local recommendations. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience, which really meant a lot. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every feature was clearly labeled and easy to use. They also provided a thorough guide for all the amenities, which are many: hot tub, pool, projector, hilltop haven, and more. We had a packed itinerary but ended up rearranging plans just to enjoy more time at the house. It felt like home—peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully prepared in every way. Do not hesitate to book this place; you’re in the best hands with Lawrence and Ren. Truly a 20/10 experience. As frequent LA travelers, we’ll absolutely be back. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! We were in town for my son who attends LMU and was pleasantly surprised on the close distance. We loved the neighborhood and being at the end of a cul de sac. The sign was a nice and warm welcome to a very nice dining and living area. My favorite area was the backyard. Super spacious, open, clean, inviting, and wonderful place to gather my family. Communication was top notch and when I had questions, they were replied to quickly and I appreciated that very much. Lots of nice check ins with us. My son is now graduated but if I ever have reason to be back, I will!

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

Love the home lots of fun things to do definitely recommend it and hopefully i can come back again soon

Just amazing. A brilliant view which you can stare at for ages, along with a very stylish and well kept house. Luke is a great host and constantly went out of his way to help me and ensure that I enjoyed my stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay here. Only thing would be you definitely need a car as its quite far up but an amazing experience for anyone looking.

This stay was wonderful; just what I was looking for! Bella and Alan were very hospitable and welcoming. Alan personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. The grocery store was so convenient as part of the complex, and the stay was within walking distance or a quick Uber from all of the spots I needed to get to during my visit. Great stay!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location! Its close to a lot of restaurants and bars whilst being private for down time. Also, Nic is an amazing host.
