Had a great stay. Home was very comfortable for us and we enjoyed everything. The weather didn’t allow us to try the pool but the water was clean and sparkling. Very impressed. Super great that we were able to check in early and get some groceries in the fridge. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home and yard were very well put together. We loved the pool table and games. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely book again, if we come back to Phoenix!

This home was absolutely perfect for our event! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family getaway or just need a change of scenery, this place has it all. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the entertainment options were endless. We were able to cook a full-course meal with ease in the well-stocked kitchen and had an amazing BBQ out by the pool. It honestly felt like the best of both worlds—a luxurious 5-star resort with all the cozy comforts of home. Great area for a peaceful vacation.

Deborah's place was terrific! We were in town for an event at Desert Diamond Arena, and her place could not have been more convenient. As advertised, it is the easiest of walks to both that arena and to State Farm Stadium. There are lots of restaurants very close by and many more that are a very short drive away. The house itself is exactly as advertised - three rooms with kings beds and assorted other rooms and sleeping spaces for the singles in your traveling party. Eight of us were quite comfortable, but there was room for a few more if we had needed it. Check-in and check-out both were very easy. Deborah also was an active communicator. We didn't have any issues, but we know it would have been easy to reach her if something had come up. So, if you're going to a game or a show at the stadium or the arena and you don't want to deal with parking and traffic, this is the place for you! But, even if you're in town for a different reason, you will enjoy this place.

Jennifer was very quick with communication and the house was inviting & comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet & had groceries & restaurants just down the street. We would definitely stay again!

The house was great, we loved the pool and the privacy in the garden. Lots of restaurants and activities close to the place. James was great very helpful, friendly and always available. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and peaceful. We felt very comfortable right from the start. We can recommend the accommodation to anyone, especially with children.

Great stay! Perfect for four girls on a girls trip. We loved the pool and the beds were so comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and living room as well. The only request was it would be been nice to have all the couch cushions that were in the picture for the outdoor patio. Easy check in, great price.

Great Space. This was exactly what we needed to celebrate for our family. To be able to celebrate our Daughters 18th Birthday and Graduation in a single location with family was a great value. Large lot, privacy hedge and copious activities made it a perfect venue. Alexa house and lots of amenities meant we didnt need to go out for much. Beautiful diving pool with waterfall feature. An amazing location with an amazing host. Will be returning and recommending to others when the opportunity presents itself.

West the best stay we could have hoped for. We were in town for a graduation and the location was perfect. House was beautiful and clean. We were able to keep vehicles in the garage. Jene was responsive and accommodating. Hoping to book this home for future stays.

Came here with my family to enjoy my niece‘s graduation. Everything was great. The apartment was amazing. The location was incredible. The pool was amazing. I definitely would book again with Jac if I ended up coming back to Arizona for sure. I also love the fact that if I had any issues and I reached out to the homeowner, he did not hesitate to call me back right away. I never had to wait over more than 30 minutes to an hour for a response. and what makes a vacation better when you have a host that has good energy and good vibes and it’s always positive when speaking with him. so if you’re thinking of booking here, I would totally say go for it. Well worth it.

Ian’s place was perfect for our group. The backyard was beautiful and the game room was a cool addition to have! The rooms were cutely decorated and had cozy beds. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

Emilee’s place was a real treasure! In a sea of Airbnb’s I tend to be a great judge as a frequent traveler and prior host. Emilee’s home is clearly loved and managed. The home has absolutely everything you could thing of and need. The location is safe, clean and near shopping/eateries and close to the freeway for traveling around AZ. The backyard is spotless and well thought out. The added touches for the children keep their imagination alive. The layout is open, airy and stylish. The beds are incredible with comfort and linens are crisp and plush. I normally travel with my pillow but forgot and so glad I did because I am going to buy her pillows. Her communication is excellent and she truly loves what she does. Being a host can burn many out but it is was refreshing to meet her as she has a deep love for hosting and that’s what Airbnb is about. Emilee is the definition of a super host and this property a fantastic representation of the platform. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

Ricky is the perfect host! From his warm email the day of our arrival, to his email the day of our departure, we felt very informed and welcomed! What we appreciate most about staying at Ricky's places is that everything is exactly as pictured, comfortably decorated, fully stocked with kitchen essentials and plenty of coffee, and he is always very responsive and helpful when questions arise. We always feel right at home. This is our second stay at Ricky and Luis's and we will be back again! Thanks so much!

The house was impeccably and just as described. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials and had everything we needed as if we were at home. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful; fresh flowers in the home, a bottle of bubbly for mothers day and fruit was waiting on our arrival. The backyard was AMAZING; so much to do with the pool and hot tub, volleyball and basketball court, many different seating areas, fire fit, horse shoes, etc. We basically lived outdoors and the kids had the best time. We will hands down be back and would recommend this home and hosts all day long. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was extremely forthcoming and regularly checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating to our needs—when we mentioned the kitchenware needs an update, the host promptly got us a brand new set. The thoughtful hospitality and responsiveness truly made our experience feel warm and cared for. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful home and setting! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the hot tub and pool overlooking the water. And we especially enjoyed using the pontoon boat and cruising the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend! Great place to stay when in the Phoenix area. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We felt right at home :) Phenomenal location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great place for families as there is something for everyone within a few miles. The neighborhood is quiet and Suzy is a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will look to book Suzy’s place again.

Rented this property to attend my daughter’s graduation from UAGC at the Desert Diamond arena. GREAT LOCATION! for that! Perfect place for the kids, everyone was so excited and the Barbie pics began. Pool was so nice to have for kids. Well stocked with linens and amenities. Ashley and her team was great to work with, really worked with us to make sure we had the accommodations we needed.
