Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Glendale

Eric was a great host. He was incredibly timely with responses to emails, the instructions were very easy and the condo was perfect. The community had all we needed for a relaxing weekend. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Had a lovely two day stay here. The kitchen was very nice and had all new appliances and such. Great place to stay if you like to cook instead of going out for food. The bed was also so very comfortable! Thank you again for the hospitality.

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

Beautifully remodeled home is a peaceful, well maintained neighborhood. This home was perfect for our family visiting from out of town. This place was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Josh and Robyn were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to future guests!

A great stay, the house was very cozy and decorated with care. You could tell immediately that the host put a lot of work and passion into this property. The rooms and hallways all had unique aesthetics to them making the house feel very artistic. The backyard was as relaxing as the house. Anna was an excellent host, whether it was confusion about the stove or requesting a later check out time, she was very fast to reply and overall very accommodating. Would stay here again!

This place was fantastic. I don’t think I’ve stayed in an Airbnb with a kitchen as well stocked as this one. Blender, can opener, you name it it’s there. The kids loved the pool and sport court. Comfortable and modern decor. The beds were very comfortable, spotless bathrooms and the host was friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Had a big group of guys for a golf trip, and this place did not disappoint. Had everything we needed and more. Watched a playoff basketball game in the theater room and it was an awesome experience. Everything is close by, lots to do. Pool is great, can get a little cold overnight so the morning it can be chilly. Would recommend if the weather is a high of 80 or lower, pay the extra and get it heated. Great experience!

This is a great airbnb for a large group with a variety of interests. The pool was clean and the slide was great fun. There were lots of pool floaties and toys provided. The house was well stocked with regular towels and pool towels, and there was soap and shampoo/conditioner in every bathroom. There were lots of game consoles, and our group enjoyed the gaming PCs as well. All the bedrooms came with lots of linens, blankets and extra pillows. There are two full kitchens, plus a grill outside that we enjoyed using. Rashad was very communicative and responsive to my questions, and he helped us with anything that came up during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd be happy to stay there again.

the house was exactly as advertised and had something for everyone. we kept a family of 14 entertained for 4 days, ages 6 months to 74 years. highly recommend.

Mr Eddie is a very kind person,and helped whatever best way he can even , and many cases went out of his way to assist me like he drove me quite a few times to super market in extreme heat in Phoenix,which is very kind of him , i felt sick when i arrived in Phoenix due to extreme heat, he took me to certain pharmacy as i take certain health diets etc ,the place is very centralized and a condominium, and well connected with public transport,uber or lyft also.Please will be happy to return if i am next time in Phoenix.

The condo was exactly like its description. It was clean and comfortable. The setting next to the lake was very peaceful and the walking path around the lake was very enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It made our stay in AZ very enjoyable.

this is a great rental in a lovely location with lots of interesting attraction including a lovely green belt for walking, cycling, etc. the condo is stocked with lots of towels, pillows and comfortable furniture. the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. the cloths washer and dryer make for a convenient stay. The private patio is quite cute and very relaxing for enjoyment of your morning coffee. the condo is nicely appointed. the bathrooms are fairly large and nice. I look forward to my next visit and stay at Lauren's condo. She is a friendly and helpful host.

An absolute gem. Everything I wanted and so much more. Very stylish and comfortable, the work station was fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Don't even get me started on the attic/cinema! There were a few minor issues that Craig was always super responsive to. I'd happily live here permanently!

The place is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed, and well set up. There are restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. Pool area was perfect, lots of chairs, tables and shade We will be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful place for relaxing. The gym is fabulous and the pools are clean. The condo itself is so beautiful and comfortable. You can really tell thought was put into each detail. I look forward to visiting again.

I loved this condo!! I would definitely come back here! Any questions I had she responded in time never had me waiting. Loved the makeup towels they saved me 🤣! It definitely was a perfect location everything was close and the airport is under 20min away🥰🥰
