Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Glassmanor

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

This was a great find! Would 100% recommend this location for future guests. They had little snacks in the cupboard and bottled water nice and cold in the fridge. Great communication from the hosts!

Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of 3. It was comfortable, and peaceful, and as described. The kitchen had enough utensils and amenities to cook home meals. We stayed with a toddler and felt that the apartment was family friendly. The AC worked very well during 90-degree temps. The location is superb and extremely walkable - we walked to King Street or old town Alexandria every day. We were also able to take the metro into Washington DC- very easy walk to the metro. We would stay again next time we are in the area!

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

Autumn and her brother went above and beyond in our stay. My friends and I felt right at home the moment we walked in and appreciate how helpful you were. We will definitely be booking here again. We love the backyard lol.

This place was great for our family and a quick hop on an Uber to all the DC attractions. The place was very clean and I loved the white noise machine in the bedroom. The host communicates very quickly and we’re great hosts. I would definitely stay here again. The house was stocked with everything we needed including the waters in the refrigerator. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a great stay at this bnb! Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Veronica was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The place had all the small details that made it feel comfortable, like cozy bedding and a quiet atmosphere. The bnb was located in a nice and peaceful area. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience.

Exactly liked pictures and description. Perfect for a couple. Reliable and fast wifi. I was working at the Anacostia Museum, and the studio was in a perfect location for that purpose. Host responsive, easy check-in and check-out. I do recommend! PS: be aware that, as showed in pictures, kitchen does not have a sink.

This place was clean, close to DC and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were a group of 5, so the fifth person had to sleep in the couch (not an issue for us), but keep that in mind if your group is the same size. The only thing we had problems with was the kitchen. There is a portable stove and mini oven to cook and no vent, so the fire alarm went off a couple times trying to cook pork chops haha. If you’re not planning to cook much, you’re good. Overall, I recommend this place. The price and location make it 100% worth it.

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
