Beautiful house and wonderful host. Amazing scenery.

Beautiful house, top equipped, enough space for 10 people and with the local bus you are also quickly at the mountain railways. Nothing to complain about!

They were both flexible and very communicative. The view from the deck is gorgeous. Is definitely out of the city center. Great market is about a 10 min walk through residential neighborhood. Kitchen has everything for cooking you need.

Despite the rainy weather, we had an exciting Pentecost weekend in Appenzell, especially thanks to the many ways in which the six children could keep themselves busy. Looking for wood and making a fire to warm up from the bath and bake the homemade baguettes - it was never boring!

The space is very nice, the house is wonderful, it is very pleasant to sit by the fireplace and listen to the piano while appreciating the wonderful view that the house has. It is 1 hour from Davos for people who want to ski. The hostess and her son are always attentive to help you with questions. If you stay in this house you will enjoy your vacation a lot

Great house close to a nice lake and ski slopes

I only give the place 5 out of 5 stars, where it would have earned much more. The place is much nicer than you see in the photos. The host is super friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend it. Thanks a bunch

Everything was great, it's a great chalet and the price is incredible for what you get. You first have to understand the description of how the "Smart Chalet" works and read exactly what option you book, we had studio and middle apartment and that worked well. In the upper part it had other guests, but that didn't bother at all. Thanks for the offer!

Sandra and Frédérick hosted us very well. Always available and attentive. Very nice quiet environment, house is great and the landscape beautiful. A small climb is planned to return to the parking from the Airbnb. I 100% recommend these hosts who are great. Their jam made by themselves is super good! We'll be happy to go back!

We loved our stay at Remo’s lodge! The views were absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The firepit and jacuzzi area were definite highlights — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The lodge was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Remo was a great host — friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d happily come back again!

Pleasant stay in this charming apartment decorated with Esther's beautiful illustrations. Esther had provided us with the GlarnerlandPass, which allowed us to travel free of charge throughout the valley by public transport. However, this requires a little organization because there is only one train per hour. Beautiful playgrounds for children, such as the one right next to the apartment and a great time spent at the Kinderbaustelle in Luchsingen.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

Just right to unplug. This gently renovated wooden house with modern wet rooms (with extra floor heating) as well as practical kitchen is hard to beat in terms of coziness. The low ceilings, the small windows, wood where you look (ceiling, walls, floors) and also the wood heating: you feel like you're staying in a museum (Ballenberg feeling). - We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the four days despite bad weather. Lockbox was untraceable, code was not communicated, but that was also good, because we have the introduction to the handling of the wood heating by the nice neighbor (Fam. Schuler). Fire in a wooden house? - With carbon monoxide meters and smoke detector no matter at all. A Bijou in the middle of a picturesque old village part where "you" still know each other and greet everyone on the street.

We had a great stay at Julia‘s place. The house is located very private with a perfect view over the lake!

It was fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was decorated and furnished with love down to the smallest detail. It has a great view and invites you to linger. The uncomplicated contact with Silvia was also very pleasant. Hopefully we can be guests again :)

Cozy accommodation in a beautiful mountain region The apartment is very cozy, tastefully furnished and offers plenty of space – perfect for families or a small group. We immediately felt welcome. The surroundings are fantastic for all those who like to be outdoors: there are numerous hiking and walking trails, wonderful viewpoints, pure nature and diverse possibilities for relaxing or being active - be it hiking, swimming, in the snow or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Leo was a very friendly and helpful host. The contact was pleasant and uncomplicated, the welcome gift a nice gesture. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back. A clear recommendation!

The apartment is great: very big, perfect location, super clean, amazing views, and it even has books and toys for kids. It’s very good for families and group of friends, so I would 100% recommend it. The only issue that we had was the communication. They only answer during usual working hours, even if the check-in can be done later. When we arrived, there were some bed sheets missing (due to an Airbnb problem, number of guests did not match). This was easily solved as soon as we could talk to them. However, the first night half of the rooms didn’t have any bed sheets. As said, they were very nice and solved our problem very well, but they just took more than 12h to answer. Other than that, we are very happy with our stay and we would surely love to come back!
