Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Glarus

We had a mega great week at Chalet Heidi and that was not only due to the weather - thanks Annuschka for letting us being your guests. Everyone (8 adults and 3 kids) definitely want to come back! The chalet is unique: fantastic panorama, sun from early to late on the large balcony, super equipped accommodation and kitchen, we didn't miss anything. Annuschka is always available, responds to questions, gives tips and prepares everything for a pleasant stay. Braunwald and also the chalet are very family-friendly, great winter and summer vacations are guaranteed.

We had a lovely stay at Chris's place over the Easter break with family including children and grandparents. The place is a nice 15min walk from the train station and close to beautiful hiking paths. The house, including the kitchen, is fully equipped. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable and Chris was always available and very helpful. Would love to come back.

We were welcomed by Serina's mother. She was a very loving and friendly but above all totally uncomplicated host. Thank you for the wonderful time.

This wonderful family mountain house at Obstock is my dream mountain retreat. The location is to die for, with stunning views over the Glarus valley. As the house is at the entrance of the Glarus valley, it’s a quick drive to the Zürich area, which was great for us. Yet it feels very remote and you’re in proper mountain-land. We immensely enjoyed the coziness of the cabin, the old wood-stoves for heating and cooking only added to the atmosphere. Bathroom and beds very comfortable. Although the house is a time warp back to the end of 1800s, it has been so well maintained and was sparking clean. Next to admiring the view, there’s wonderful hiking trails running past the cabin and plenty of cool books to read. We enjoyed every minute staying here. Communication and check-in was uncomplicated and simply lovely. I’ve never felt so welcome. Thanks so much to Karin and Steffi - we will be back!

Amazing place! The location is breathtaking and the flat has a rustic feel which contributes to an amazing experience. The house is well equipped and Ramon is very friendly

We were allowed to spend wonderful days in Quinten. The fog weather was perfect for saunaing and emptying. We will be happy to come back!

We were allowed to spend a very nice ski holiday week in Villa Monika. Monika welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything and explained it. Communication went very well from the beginning, she was always available. The house is very nice, very clean, lovingly and generously furnished. There's something everywhere in the house to see and rediscover. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The location is perfect, you can see the river , train station and shopping in the Nãhe. We can recommend Villa Monika with a clear conscience. Thank you our hostess for letting us spend our holidays at Villa Monika. We enjoyed it and were able to drive down. Thumbs up!

We enjoyed being able to come with our dog, feeling "at home" and enjoying a completely peaceful place. It was a very nice and practical base for the hikes we had the opportunity to do: our stay was therefore pleasant. Thank you :-)

We enjoyed Pascal's place very much. It was super equipped, very clean and just as described! The only small flaw, which is why it only got 4 stars for the location: The accommodation is located directly on a street and is not so well insulated, which is why it is a bit louder. Otherwise, everything was great! :)

The Elmerlodge is highly recommended. It is located right next to the gondola lift and the ski and chairlifts are easy and a short distance to reach. Restaurants are also within walking distance. The place is very nicely made and equipped with everything you need. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating and responds quickly to requests. We felt very comfortable in the Elmer Lodge and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Thank you for letting us rent it, Hana and Neo!

the house is located in a beautiful place in the mountains ! beautiful garden and plenty of space in the house :) I have never seen such a well equipped kitchen in an airbnb! Ines was very helpful and also invited me to a glass of wine in the garden. Thank you ines and erik for the nice time! highly recommended !!

Anja & Sandro were great host while being responsive to our questions. They were able to lay clear instructions for both checking in and out. Would recommend highly to any guest visiting Switzerland. Their balcony gave a beautiful view over the small town.

Very modern, spacious and well equipped apartment with perfect location for skiing or hiking holidays. Excellent contact with the nice landlady Erika. We will be happy to come back.

In the tiny house you can completely relax in the middle of nature. The village is also good for hiking. You have everything you need. Fresh products can be bought in the farm's own shop. Very family ambience. Breakfast is put together by the hosts themselves, very tasty!

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Eco Alpine Chalet! Already upon arrival, we felt right at home. The description of the chalet was absolutely accurate and helped us a lot in the preparation. The chalet is furnished with incredible attention to detail - you can immediately feel that a lot of passion has been put into it. Everything was super clean and cozy – just to feel good! The quiet location in the midst of nature makes the stay a real relaxing holiday. We can highly recommend the Eco Alpine Chalet and will definitely be happy to come back!

A wonderful gem. Stylish and furnished with great attention to detail with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, cozy sofa lounge, simply GREAT. We were received very warmly and uncomplicated by Daniela and were allowed to spend great days in the Chlara. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Maiensäss.

Marc is a fantastic host. The accommodation is a typical Swiss mountain hut with tradition, which we really liked. The arrival was comfortable, the cabin is easy to reach. Thanks Marc, we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful chalet, where we enjoyed 3 quiet days. The rooms and facilities are very nicely done and everything you need is available. The cool rainy days offered the opportunity to fire up the stoves, which contributed a lot to the cozy hut feeling. If you like modern things and are still looking for simplicity, you've come to the right place. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place, beautiful view of the valley and mountains, private and very nice accommodation, I recommend it to everyone
