Bird Watchers Cottages

AnnabelRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Wonderful getaway, it is nice and private. The cabin is well designed, with bug nets and an airco, very well done! It is not super clean, but that's what you can expect from this kind of cottage I think. It is less remote as it looks on the pictures but still nice and rural and the view from the upper gazebo is great. It's a bit difficult to find, as the pictures of the entrance look a little different compared to how it is now. Also our own fault because we did not have internet on the go, so make sure you get clear instructions before you arrive.

Hidden Gem, Castara

KiaraRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was exactly as described and pictured. The apartment was clean and had majority of kitchen items to make a meal and there were also games in the apartment. Aimee was very responsive and gave us good suggestions of things to do in the area. Castara Little Bay is a 10 min walk from the apartment. It was suggested a pick up truck be used to access the apartment however we were able to use a HRV and it was good. I definitely would stay again!

I've been staying here every time I visit the island, the location was always perfect for me, the home was cozy and clean, and Justin was always available to answer any questions or help in recommending good eating spots. :) Highly recommended!

Nene's Hut

PolycarpRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This location was perfect for our needs. While the house is older and situated in a remote area, the friendly neighbors and the wonderful host made it a memorable stay. The drive to the house can be challenging due to the winding, zigzag roads, but the location is still accessible. Nene was an exceptional host. She arranged for a taxi to be waiting for us when we arrived on the ferry, and she left a thoughtful collection of gifts on the table to welcome us. Additionally, she organized a car rental, allowing us to explore the island for a full 24 hours. We spent our final day at Pigeon Fort before heading back to our Airbnb in Trinidad. We would reserve this place again for future visits.

Dynasty

TomRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Stunning location in a wildly beautiful part of Tobago. There is so much nature around you - we loved waking up to parrots flying by. 5 stars on accommodation and communication. Joanne is a professional and attentive hostess who is eager to help you. I had to work and had zero connectivity issues. Great, well-stocked kitchen - we bought a whole tuna from a fisherman down in Parlatuvier and some local greens and spices from the local supermarket and cooked it all up the night before we left. We refreshed in the pool after a long, run the sun. So many beaches around you and isolated hiking trails. We were a bit concerned about the lack of AC in the place but it's surprisingly chilly at night and there's no need for it. Note of caution: the east part of Tobago is more rustic and rural. Make sure to pull money out in the West before you head up this way. There are ATMs but all are Citizen's Bank which don't seem to accept US debit cards. T

Parlatuvier Blue Villa

QuincyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
If you’re searching for a true beachfront escape, Parlatuvier Blue is a rare find! Hayden has created a home away from home, thoughtfully considering every detail to ensure a completely relaxing stay. The flexible check-in and check-out made our trip even smoother, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The villa itself is spotless, thanks to the amazing caretaker—one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping right onto the beach was pure magic. A highlight of our stay was watching manta rays being fed by local fishermen—a unique and unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the charming village of Castara, the stunning Parlatuvier waterfall, and the lush Tobago forest reserve. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with unbeatable ocean views, this is the place to be. We highly recommend booking with Hayden—you won’t regret it!

Castara Cottage by Hello Mello- Miku Apartment

Hans TheodorRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Very authentic and quiet location. I would rent the app (Miku) again and again and no other place to stay. However, there are only limited options for eating out. Should definitely be explored in advance regarding opening hours and offerings.

The Fort Cottage

This was truly a home away from home! Newly renovated and well stocked kitchen (grocery items, dishes, cutlery, utensils and mini appliances). House well ventilated and the porch view was fantastic, especially at night. Definitely will stay here again once available!💕
