Beach house holiday rentals in Ginosa Marina

A lovely little home situated a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water and a few rock pools. Perfect for a family of 4 with young children. The main road isn't very busy so it's still relatively quiet, we enjoyed eating outside every day. There is a water park a short drive down the road which the kids loved and Monopoli is a lovely old seaside town in the opposite direction.

We had a very nice stay. So close to the beach and amenities. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable. I can highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Filomena was an exceptional host. lots of information to guide is and responsive to our needs. the flat is beautifully kept and the courtyard a dream.

The accommodation was quiet, clean and well located, many beautiful villages within 50 minutes by car. Tatiana, our host, was very responsive, good advice and friendly. We will not hesitate to recommend them and come back through them during an upcoming visit through Puglia.

We had a great stay in Torre Cane. The accommodation is small but very well located and equipped with everything you need to facilitate the stay. The neighborhood is adorable!! We would recommend this listing and hope to come back someday!!

Silvanas house is wonderful, right across from the beach,with even better beaches minutes away. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which were very helpful. Silvana was very helpful and commutative, I would recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! Immaculately clean, great central location. Hosts were super clear, responsive and communicative, gave great recommendations. Only flag is that because this is right over looking the main square in old town, it was quite lively at night (even during week days), so worth packing a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. It was what we were looking for though & would stay again.

Really and truly loved our stay here!! Just wished it was longer!! In our opinion it was better than a 5 star hotel! It was set up beautifully! The mini spa area was a perfect way to spend our evening after the whole day at the beach! There is a tv in almost every room which was wow! It was extremely clean! Its spacious! Modern and calming! The bed was comfortable! To make our experience even better was the prosecco we received on arrival!

We could have stayed forever! Loved the house, pool, and fresh air! 5 minutes to the beach town with many great restaurants. Perfect place if you want to explore Puglia.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Everything was great! Location was perfect and the space was lovely. Hard to beat the private pool!

Emidio, the owner of the Minetta villa, is very pleasant and human, from the beginning to the end of our stay he was attentive, responsive and gave good advice. Thank you for the address of this great restaurant 😊 Small appreciable attentions on our arrival. Snacks and fresh water in the fridge. The house is nice and comfortable, the pool is great and a beautiful beach a few steps away where we had a good time. I highly recommend this beautiful villa if you are visiting Puglia We will be happy to come back for our next trip. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giuseppe’s villa near Polignano a Mare, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, combining modern comforts with beautiful Italian architecture. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals together. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The terrace and pool area were fantastic for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of areas for having breakfast outside and unwinding in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the charming town of Polignano a Mare.

My friend and I had a great experience at Paolo’s airbnb: clean, brand new, comfortable, compilant with the pictures. The roof patio is very cute: a real Italian experience!! Paolo is very Nice and very flexible, easy communication.

This was a nice stay, place looks exactly like the photos and is in a prime location for old town Monopoli. The communication was great and check-in easy.

Perfect spot. Unbelievable sunsets. Great location to walking and restaurants. A little hard to get luggage to and from where you have to park but the host was great with helping.

When our rental car was unexpectedly towed, Filomena and her daughter Martina spent nearly an hour helping us search, then stayed with us through the entire retrieval process—paying fines, driving to a remote lot—all while juggling other guests. They never made us feel like a burden. Their patience, warmth, and selflessness went far beyond anything we expected. We left feeling like part of their family. Fabulous location. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the buskers below, people watching. Right in the heart of the old town. Free parking 10 minutes away so all very convenient. The roof terrace is lovely at all times of day. Sunsets, sunrises and chilled mornings. Everything was as described and very homely. Note - The stairs are steep and uneven - you might be worried with someone who is not so able but we were fine. (Couple with 2 teenagers).
