Beach house holiday rentals in Ginosa Marina

A lovely little home situated a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water and a few rock pools. Perfect for a family of 4 with young children. The main road isn't very busy so it's still relatively quiet, we enjoyed eating outside every day. There is a water park a short drive down the road which the kids loved and Monopoli is a lovely old seaside town in the opposite direction.

Our stay at Alessia's place was wonderful. The place is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful green plants and has easy access to the beach. The appartment is very comfortable and spacious. The location is great to visit small cities nearby. I fully recommend staying at this place and hope to be back someday :)

Dom is a wonderful host 🎈 – kind, smiling, helpful and truly a beautiful person inside and out! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and gave us great local tips. The apartment is perfect – cozy, super clean, with everything you need: a comfy bed 🛏️, fridge, cooking area with stove and sink 🍳, all dishes and utensils. The water is safely regulated – you can’t burn yourself! We even showered two at a time 🚿 and had more than 5 minutes of hot water. No hair, no dirt – everything was spotless! ✨ Parking is easy, right outside the gate 🚗. The big terrace with table, chairs, outdoor sink and shower is amazing! Location is TOP – 1 min to the beach 🏖️, 13 min to ZooSafari and Fasanolandia (you must go! – animals from all over the world!), close to Ostuni, Alberobello, Cisternino, and the stunning olive groves of Parco Dune Costiere 🌿. We had a very nice stay. So close to the beach and amenities. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable. I can highly recommend this place.

We were absolutely happy to stay in this house! The location is simply ideal, a few steps from the beach and also from the center of the village. The house is clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The terrace is fantastic, thanks to the high wall that guarantees perfect privacy. And the small backyard of the house is super practical, with an outdoor shower that was a real luxury! The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is large and comfortable. We also really appreciated the fact that the beds were freshly laundered and that the house was well stocked with everything you need, such as soap and toilet paper. The kitchen was a pleasure, well-equipped and with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Manfredo and his beautiful girlfriend welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at ease. In general, we were very happy and felt at home.

The accommodation was quiet, clean and well located, many beautiful villages within 50 minutes by car. Tatiana, our host, was very responsive, good advice and friendly. We will not hesitate to recommend them and come back through them during an upcoming visit through Puglia.

We had a great stay in Torre Cane. The accommodation is small but very well located and equipped with everything you need to facilitate the stay. The neighborhood is adorable!! We would recommend this listing and hope to come back someday!!

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

This villa is a true gem! We stayed with our two kids (7 and 11) on our first trip to Puglia, and we feel we've experienced the best of the area. It is only a short walking distance from a beautiful and child friendly beach, where our kids enjoyed snorkelling. The private beach is fairly priced compared to the area, but the public ones are just as nice. Since the property is located on one of the highest points in the area, the views from the villa are spectacular. The sunsets from the pool are picture perfect. The house and space around it is airy and well thought through down to the smallest detail. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the outdoor space has got lots of small nooks and places to relax. But the real joy of the house is the beauty of it. Alex is a great host and made a lot of efforts to make us feel at home and help us experience the best of Puglia. There is a lot to see in the area. But really, the house just makes you want to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much! The appartement and everything around the house was very clean and well organized. We were able to ask for help at any time and Carmelo and Salvatore were always very fast in answering. We can really recommend this place for everyone who is looking for a calm and relaxing holiday.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a weekend in Taranto and felt comfortable. The accommodation is new and comfortable, located 10 minutes from the city center. The location is very close to the sea in a very quiet residential setting. Serena is a great host who has made herself available throughout her stay. Highly recommended!!!

Emidio, the owner of the Minetta villa, is very pleasant and human, from the beginning to the end of our stay he was attentive, responsive and gave good advice. We stayed at Pietro’s place in Torre Canne for 4 nights and had a really enjoyable experience. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and extremely well equipped—it had everything we needed, including a kitchen and lots of thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The small outdoor pool and patio area were a real highlight. It was the perfect spot to start the day with a coffee or relax in the evening after exploring. The location is peaceful and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s also ideally located for visiting some of the best spots in Puglia—Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, and even Lecce are all within easy reach. Torre Canne itself has a calm, laid-back vibe that made our stay extra relaxing. Pietro was a fantastic host—super reactive and helpful from the moment we booked, and always available if we needed anything. We definitely recommend Pietro's place and and would really love to come back soon !

Cecilia was a great host and the place was our perfect home base in Puglia! The place is in a really fun area super close to great food, shops, and the water. Cars aren’t allowed to drive in the area where the home is, so Cecilia provided a helpful map of where the free parking is a short walk away. The house felt spacious and had some nice balconies/a rooftop, but is spread out across three floors so make sure you’re ok with taking the stairs, which are a bit narrow. Thanks, Cecilia!

This is a wonderful apartment—spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, well equipped for cooking. Although it is located adjacent to a busy area in the Centro Storico, the apartment is quiet and private. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted or needed to go. Angelo and Gianni are great hosts. Gianni even offered himself as a contact for the rest of my travels in Italy. I was sad to leave!

Luisa's house was wonderful. Right across from the beach, gorgeous area of Puglia, big yard and terrace with lots of seating options. Outdoor area to BBQ. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Luisa was a responsive and considerate host and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend the house- a true oasis!

The strong point is definitely the view, the terrace has a wonderful view of the sea, we spent wonderful moments dining at sunset watching the sea. Marco has always been available to solve any problem. Recommended.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs. Perfectly situated, close to everything and still quiet. Super well organized and maintained. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy communication with Ms. Elena...she welcomed us on arrival to give us all the necessary directions and information...everything was as in the photos and described...easy to find street parking nearby...strategic area...just turn the corner on foot and you find yourself among local restaurants, pizzerias, bars right on the sea...there are also pharmacies and supermarkets nearby...you can stay safely even without ever taking the car...but for those who want, a few kilometers away there are beautiful places to visit...really beautiful experience...beautiful place...recommended for a couple but also for three people...great climate, small TV, kitchenette with the necessary to prepare something and for breakfast there was coffee, croissants, milk and fresh water...TOP

Nice apartment with fantastic roof terrace. Well centrally located within a short walking distance of the old town. Parking was not easy, there are free places but usually occupied so often have to pay. In busy weekends, you have to drive around for half an hour to find a paid spot (1,- per hour).
