Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Located at Jura sur Leman resort, a 5-minute walk to the Jouvencelles alpine ski slope. From this point you can go down to the base of the resort and reach the Dole Tuffes ski area. In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach the Darbella for Nordic skiing. Also possible to snowshoe from the apartment or the villages. In summer the region offers lakes, hikes, summer sleds, cycling, mountain biking, tree climbing...

The name of our house "Les Bouvreuils" comes precisely from the pink-bellied birds that you may have the chance to see! At any time of the day, you can enjoy the view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. In short, photography enthusiasts, hikers, skiers, cyclists, or simply contemplators, you will be delighted : )

This unique place has a style all its own. 180-degree view of Mont Blanc, Lake Geneva, Dole. Comfortable and quiet room with a 160 bed. Living room with TV and sofa bed, excellent sleeping arrangements. Fully-equipped kitchen: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, washer-dryer. Storage (ski, snowboard, suitcase...).

The duplex (160 sqm.) is close to restaurants and dining and public transport. My place is perfect for couples and business travelers. Located in XVIII century house, in a quiet neighbourhood, within a 2 min walk to Genolier train station, which provides quick access to Nyon (15min) and Geneva (30min). Also 8min drive to the freeway. Guest has exclusive access to the apartment.
