Apartment holiday rentals in Gines

Our family absolutely loved this apartment! It was right in the heart of Seville, across from the cathedral and the palace. And oh, so luxurious! And Nicolas was the perfect host, responding promptly to any request or question we had during our stay. We hope to return. It was such an amazing experience.

Manon et Julien ont été très accueillants. Nous les avons tout de suite apprécié. Ils nous ont donné plein de conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux (pour les visites, pour l’accès au métro, pour réserver nos billets de train pour Cordoue, etc). Le logement était proche d’un arrêt de métro (400 mètres du logement), a 4 stations du centre de Seville. La climatisation dans le logement était très appréciable. La literie très confortable. Je recommanderais ce logement sans souci !

This was probably one of my favorite Airbnb of all times. It had a prove court years and pool to just hang out in the heat of the day. The apartment is massive and super clean and new. The ambiance is amazing - better than the photos and I really loved the hand painted library walls in the bathroom. The kitchen is new. But my favorite was the lounger in the entry room. The location was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. If we come back to Seville this is the only place I would stay!!

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment, the best we've ever stayed in. It was lovely to be greeted by Maria & Jakob outside the apartment when we arrived & they took time to show us round & explain how everything worked which we really appreciated. They gave us lots of helpful recommendations for restaurants, places to visit etc & there was lots of information in the apartment too. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable & really does have everything you might possibly need. Maria & Jakob have clearly tried to think of every little detail & it shows. The rooftop terrace was great, very peaceful with shaded areas, so nice to have breakfast & evening drinks there. Huge thanks to Maria & Jakob for making our stay in Sevilla a truly memorable one.

Super atenta y nos recomendó sitios para comer. Volveré a repetir, super recomendado. Se sentía como en casa y que tuviera piscina y garaje era un plus muy bueno!!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Wohnung in Mairena del Aljarafe! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – vom gemütlichen Wohnzimmer über die moderne Küche bis hin zum großzügigen Badezimmer. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den zusätzlichen Arbeitsbereich auf dem Dachboden – ideal, um auch mal konzentriert zu arbeiten. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Supermärkte, Restaurants und alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Anbindung an Sevilla ist super – in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, mit der man schnell ins Zentrum kommt. Auch mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 15 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt – fast wie zu Hause. Eine Unterkunft, die wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Me and my boyfriend were absolutely in love with this airbnb. It is tucked away in the heart of Seville. It has such a beautiful and cozy interior. The bed was unbelievably comfy & we were always excited to return to this Airbnb after a long day of adventuring. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Leuk appartement voor een stedentrip! Alles op loopafstand en het contact was zeer goed.

Logement bien placé dans Séville, à proximité de toutes les choses importantes à voir, des grandes places, des restaurants et boutiques (environ 15 20 min a pied pour tout). Piscine très agréable en cas de forte chaleur, logement agréable et fidèle aux photos. La climatisation à également été notre allié. On notera juste qu'il est placé en face d'une école (musique dehors à 9h) et à côté d'une chapelle ( les cloches sonnent au plutôt a 7h30 le matin) mais il me semble que cela était notifié dans l'annonce. Très bon sejour. Merci à vous.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Seville! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions, great restaurants, and charming local spots. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms that made it perfect for traveling with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay seamless. We really appreciated the host’s attention to detail and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville. Would absolutely stay here again!

definitely a pleasant stay! the place was at the edge of the city center, which was easy reachable by bus or as we did via e -scooter ,kinda Vespa style. The studio was clean,fresh and nith the shower was amazing with quite strong pressure! all amenities perfectly worked and I highly recommend it! the host were polite and helpful ❤️

Olha se você vai a Sevilha pode alugar esse espaço sem medo. Me senti muito bem acolhido por Alberto, e o ambiente tinha tudo necessário para uma boa estadia curta ou longa. Eu fui até o centro de Sevilha de bike e voltei a pé por dentro das ruas, aproveitando a arquitetura única dessa cidade encantadora. Alberto foi um anfitrião excepcional, deu dicas da cidade, flexibilizou o check-in e ainda me ajudou com a alimentação. Quando voltar a Sevilha, vou buscar de novo seu apartamento.

L’appartement de Juan est très bien placé, permettant de profiter des multiples activités de Seville (arts, restaurants tapas, …). Juan est un hôte proactif qui fournit de bonnes recommandations. Il est facile de communiquer avec lui. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans son appartement.

Raquel fue muy amable desde el principio, ayudando en todo. La llegada fue perfecta sin esperar ya que Raquel estaba esperándome cuando llegué. El apartamento es perfecto con todo lo necesario, y está muy bien ubicado con autobuses y tranvías muy cerca para poder llegar al centro de Sevilla. Hay un mercadona a dos minutos caminando, y eso se agradece. Raquel fue una super anfitriona. Y el apartamento perfecto y con aire acondicionado en toda la casa, algo indispensable en Sevilla.

L'appartement est une pépite. On s'y sent bien. Fidèle aux photos. Idéalement situé dans le centre historique pour les visites, restos et shopping. Communication avec Nacho excellente.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Perfect location. Felt right at home right away. Lovely Triana location. Sofia explained the parking garage and access to apartment which made it easy to use. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

Heloise's apartment exceeded expectations, and was even better than the photos suggested. Heloise's instructions regarding check in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and has some lovely local bars and restaurants selling food and drink at great prices: at one particular place, my wife and I were able to buy breakfast for just €7 in total! If we return to Seville, we would 100% stay at Heloise's apartment again. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay. Recommended.
