New and child-friendly summerhouse in quiet surroundings

New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 meters from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 lovely bedrooms with 4 double beds (The bed in one of the rooms is a pull-out bed, but serves as a double bed when it is pulled out). Accommodates a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people if there are families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress for the very young children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hairdryer. The focal point of the house is about 35m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a lovely functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Cromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or similar to the house) Here there is a guarantee of relaxation, coziness and good interaction. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home ideal as a gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful holiday together. Outside you will find a large wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (about 120m2). The terrace is partly covered with garden furniture and patio heaters that invite to good times over the holidays. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childlike souls there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house there is only 3 km until Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, cinema and good restaurants.

The area invites you to lovely hikes in the forest or along the beach to Lynæs or Hundested, where you will find good restaurants and cultural life. Spaciously decorated with plenty of space in both the living room and dining kitchen. On the large terrace there is the opportunity to enjoy the barbecue and outdoor fire pit with a view. Relax in this cozy home, located in a lovely summerhouse area, and walking distance to the beach. The home is on 2 levels with south-facing and north-facing terrace. Lovely open kitchen family room and bathroom with shower. There is free parking space attached and the possibility of 2 cars. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with sofa bed that can be folded out to a double bed. The home is located as part of a disused farm, in a peaceful location. It is year-round insulated and can be used throughout the year.

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in our cozy summerhouse just 400 meters from Dronningmølle beach, which is a wonderful long, family-friendly beach. On the 70 m2 wooden terrace of the house, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with room for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offers cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops on the harbor and much more.

Charming cottage in the tranquility of Vejby Strand

Built in the 1970s and later modernized and refurbished with the desire for quality and requirements for functionality, light and coziness. The house is at the end of a closed road and the grounds are completely private. From here, a small path goes to a large green area, from where you can easily reach the beach and the popular decline at Markvænget. The place is ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4, as in addition to the bedroom there are 2 rooms - one equipped with a fold-out sofa bed that can also serve as a double bed.

The main house and annex, with multiple entertaining spaces, are surrounded by a large garden. A private path leads to the beach. Built as the seaside estate of the entrepreneur inventor of the egg box, our home is close to the resort towns of North Zealand; all the nightlife and culture of Copenhagen is under an hour's drive away.

The cosy Gilleleje town has good shopping possibilities and is situated only 50 min drive from Copenhagen. The house is situated in a quiet area with old houses and is surrounded by a courtyard with sun and shelter all day. Furthermore it has a large spanish porch with garden furniture, fireplace and grill.

Our house is perfect for families who appreciate design, nature and privacy. The place has room for 10, but is also great for 4.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty.
