OK Had a perfect 1-day getaway at a cozy house in Belmont, NH! The place was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax. We loved the pool and hot tub during the day, and in the evening, we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace while making s’mores. The location was peaceful and beautiful—great for a quick escape from the city. It felt like a mini vacation packed into one day. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a warm, relaxing atmosphere!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Five minute drive to Gunstock made it extremely convenient. The house had everything we needed. Large open floor plan on the first floor was really nice. John helped make sure the driveway was plowed the morning of our departure. Would definitely stay here again.

The house has beautiful views and access to the lake which made our stay wonderful, and we loved the close proximity to Wolfeboro so we could enjoy the local restaurants, shopping, and activities! The house was was clean and comfortable, and was well appointed with supplies and amenities. Erin was a pleasure to communicate with. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries and provided the necessary information to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is a gem and we look forward to coming back!

Jenn's place is gorgeous and perfect for a peaceful, nature escape! Our group had an amazing stay in this cozy cabin- staying by the lake during the day and enjoying all of the board games in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and cooking supplies which made for a nice surprise as we cooked most of our meals inside. The listing included a paddleboard for use which we couldn't find, but we enjoyed the kayaks regardless and the private beach is very accessible and beautiful. We highly recommend Jenn's place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Shan was extremely responsive. Very clear instructions and quick to respond. Location was perfect and house was exactly how it looked and was described in the description. We will definately stay again if we go back to that area.

This lake home was a perfect place for our fall getaway. The views of the lake and Mt Major were better than anticipated. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. Would love to return to the area and stay again.

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

My girlfriends and I have chosen to stay here three years in a row for our annual girls weekend, which should tell you all you need to know. Clean, friendly and responsive hosts, great location for getting away to the quiet but easy drive to restaurants. Highly recommend!

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

Very nice home. Very clean and clutter free. Nice view of the lake. Easy checkin and check out. All the amenities you would need in the kitchen. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with . Would recommend and love to stay again.

Stayed here for a girls weekend in May with a golden retriever. I really appreciate how they don’t just allow dogs but are actually dog (and kid) friendly. The stairs inside and outside had latched gates to keep our pet safe. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and exactly like the photos. The host was super responsive to any questions, even later in the evening. Would definitely book here again and recommend to others!

Our new favorite spot!! We cannot wait to come back. Julie was so accommodating and responsive during our stay. We came for our “honey moon” and she even had Prosecco and newlywed glasses ready for us. We can only say great things about this place and plan to return for our first wedding anniversary already!
