Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gignac

I had a great stay at Jean Pierre and Catou's. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, very quiet although it is in the city, located close to amenities and access to tourist activities in the area is easy. It has always been easy to park on the street. The air conditioning and terrace provide additional comfort. All in all, we could stay there for a long time. Thank you both for welcoming me with my dog and for your availability and kindness!

We had a great time staying at Tierry's place. It was comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean and well equipped, and Tierry was friendly and relaxed. We appreciated the drinks left for us in the fridge, and loved being able to walk down to the lake to swim.

Beautiful accommodation, very spacious, very quiet, in the middle of the vineyards. The accommodation is very functional, you feel at home. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back if our steps bring us back to Jonquières.

A haven of peace! A sublime building, tastefully renovated and decorated, with a breathtaking view of the countryside. Well-equipped, spacious, quiet rooms and bedding of the best comfort. The pool just downstairs is incredibly well equipped: lots of seating, toilets, very well-equipped kitchen, efficient and pleasant lighting, coffee maker and even dishwasher! A real gem worthy of an architect's magazine! BRAVO and THANK YOU

I have rarely been in such a well-equipped and clean, convenient accommodation. It's better than the pictures. Very convenient to get to the city center by tram (a few steps from the apartment). The space for the car in the garage is a great advantage. The building is quiet, modern, beautiful. Anthony is very responsive and has adapted to our arrival and departure schedule. Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Very welcoming and functional accommodation with a beautiful balcony! Close to the beach and the port as well as shops (the path can be walked without problem). Guillaume is a caring and friendly host, who gave us good recommendations for activities to do on site. I recommend it :)

Stephanie's accommodation is extremely well located, with an extraordinary view of Sète, perfectly quiet, impeccably clean and very well equipped. Everything is there, whether for the bathroom or the kitchen, including a large and appreciable kitchen background. In addition, Stéphanie is very welcoming, available to her tenants for any information whatsoever. Another very appreciable point: you can do everything on foot (or by bike) from her home. So close to the city, with a terrace and a small garden available! Thank you Stéphanie for this excellent stay. We recommend 100%.

Julien's space was as advertised. The highlight was the balcony; when we weren't exploring the city or sleeping, we were on the balcony with breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening. The kitchen was serviceable, I wouldn't cook a meal in there as there aren't any spices but with the wonderful restaurants around there was no need to cook. The air conditioning was great but the bedroom could use a fan as the cool from the AC didn't travel. I have only two complaints: first, there weren't any instructions for the washing machine (we eventually bought our own laundry detergent and found a drying screen on the balcony as the dryer didn't seem to work). Second, it took them at least 8 hours to respond which if there had been a real issue we've would've been SOL. Thankfully there weren't any issues so it didn't affect our stay. I would have no qualms about staying here again or referring people to stay at Julien and Yohan's!

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The accommodation is simply beautiful, perfectly located, impeccably clean: nothing to complain about! Flora is adorable and very responsive, and Chantal who welcomed us on site was very kind, smiling and warm. A big thank you to both for this perfect stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.
