The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

the accommodation fully matches the description and photos, with a beautiful enclosed and private green space. Quiet space. Very easy to access Sète, Cap d'Agde, Étang de Thau. We really enjoyed it, and we'll keep it in mind for a future stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in this small house with the possibility of parking the vehicle in the enclosed courtyard. In addition, we were able to fully enjoy the pleasant private terrace. The exchanges with Sylvie and Jean Paul were very friendly, and they were very accommodating for the arrival and departure times. We'll be happy to go back!

We were very well received by Melanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The accommodation was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was just in front, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid getting too much sand, that was great. Private parking also. Go and try the restaurant 'Lo Motas' on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

Perfect place, JC and Eva are welcoming and caring, responsive if you have any questions. The place was clean, well laid out, the A/C and hot tub are a big plus. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, walks around the lake or cathedral are close by. i would fully recommend

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, plus it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (The air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to guide and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

What an amazing weekend! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted. The setting is splendid, the house absolutely beautiful, with trendy and neat decoration that makes it both warm and very pleasant to live in. Our host was very kind and accommodating: we were able to arrive a little earlier and enjoy a late departure, which allowed us to enjoy a good brunch under the pergola and enjoy the pool and the idyllic setting. We leave delighted and recommend this place without hesitation!

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

We had an EXCELLENT stay at Jacques and Christine's. ❤ Their warm and human welcome immediately put us at ease. A big thank you to them! The accommodation is clean and super functional. The garden is full of a thousand little corners to rest, play and bathe in peace. My teenage daughter and I especially enjoyed the hammocks on the terrace overlooking the lush vegetation 😊 In the heights of the city, the climb is well worth the calm that you find when you return "home".

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded quickly and kindly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We needed one night to disconnect a little from the city and it was perfect! The accommodation is small but ideal for a couple, lost in nature. Nice walk around and wake up to the rooster!

Thanks to Camille and Sandrine for hosting us and their availability. The location of the cottage at the top. The cottage is as described and the view of the pond of Thau is beautiful. Clean and cozy cottage. Small suggestions for improvement proposed: put blackout curtains on the bedroom glass communicating with the main room for more darkness and leave one fan per room, even in winter, to have a little fresh air since the bedrooms do not have a window. A great cottage, we will surely come back. Happy hosting.

We had a great time at this cottage. It is well located, particularly quiet, and well equipped. Nothing to say about cleanliness. The only downside for us was the bathroom, with a sink (rather than a real sink), a little stuck next to the toilet. However, given the configuration of the place, it might have been difficult to do better. Clément is a really lovely person, welcoming, available, caring and always ready to help or meet our needs if necessary (I have rarely met this with other providers). The relationship with him is simple and direct. It almost feels like being greeted by a friend. We would have been happy to go hiking with him (I'm sure he would have accepted if that had been the case!). He also gives good advice. We recommend this cottage!

It was our second stay in this apartment, which probably seats more than anything! On our last trip, we recommended the addition of a microwave and, voila, there it was this trip! The apartment is on the Main Street of the Eccusson neighborhood, so there is always good people watching, and everything from the supermarket to great restaurants and tram and train lines is within an easy walk. We love David’s place!

Perfect accommodation for a group of adults (there were 9 of us). The accommodation is clean, functional and with a very nice character. Check-in is simple and flexible with a key box and clear instructions. Some amenities are available, which is nice on arrival (coffee, etc.). Hosts are available and proactive.

We had the very great pleasure of spending a month at Marc's well-appointed flat in Sete. As others have said, it is a fantastic place on many levels. It is clean, beautiful, spacious, quiet, and located in the heart of Sete. And yes, the photos don't do it justice. Marc goes above and beyond as a host in so many ways! As a host, Marc is among the top three hosts we've had over the past 10 years on Airbnb. Thank you for helping us to discover Sete.
