Cottage holiday rentals in Gibraltar

This was such a beautiful cottage to stay in while visiting Door County. I would recommend this stay to anyone! It was so cozy, beautifully decorated and in a very convenient location.

We had an amazing stay at Jerry’s place. We felt very welcomed. We are very thankful we had the opportunity to stay here. It just seemed like the perfect fit. Very nice house to stay on the lake and nice hot tub as well.

We had a great stay, our second in two years. We love the feeling of being out in nature and the sense of privacy. This year our “neighbors” were two bald eagles we saw on the beach every morning while watching the sun rise over Lake Michigan. Some practical things to consider: the nearest grocery store is Jack’s in Manistique. Best to stop there before you arrive, it’s more than a short drive. And, take them seriously when they tell you to arrive during daylight! I wouldn’t want my first drive down the single-track access lane to be in the dark! If I were planning to stay there in the winter, I would check with the management company first to make sure my vehicle was up to it. When we arrived we found the EV charger not working, but we contacted the management company and they worked hard to make it right in less than 24 hours, even though it was a weekend.

nice place! staff was friendly and the room was cozy. we tried to use the Jacuzzi tub and it was a little dirty but other than that it was a great place to stay.

What a beautiful home! Pictures don’t do it justice! Such a relaxing place. So close to a beautiful beach. The home had everything we could’ve needed and then some. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of door county shopping. Cherry the hostess made our stay simple and easy. The home was impeccably clean! I would love to stay here again! ❤️

Clean, attractive, home-like, and quiet cottage.

Was advertised at $177 per night. We stayed two nights and it cost us over $650. Yeah, I accepted it because it was the only one in the area that had a hot tub and that is what we were looking for. Decent place but not really worth all the extra fees. There was a dog tie out that could have tripped us at night when walking to the hot tub, maybe need flip flops. There was some dog poop that was around the house that was not expected but to be fair, a dog came by as we were leaving that wanted to say hi. So maybe not the previous tenants fault. All in all, a good place to stay even in the winter.

I cannot say enough great things about Dandelion Acres and Melissa! Melissa set up such a welcoming environment for our arrival with lights on, nice and warm in the home, and a snack basket! My girls loved the twin bedroom decorated just for them. My mom and I enjoyed coffee in the sunroom off the front of the house. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. There was a nice big yard for the dogs. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was so wonderful! We enjoyed pizza at Dudek’s, coffee and shopping at Briars and Brambles, drinks and a burger at Dockers (walking distance on the water!). We also would highly recommend Governor Thompson State Park for hiking and a beach in the area! We cannot wait to come back for a longer stay next time!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time. Larry is an incredible host. So nice and accommodating. The house is gorgeous with the fire pit right next to the water and the sun room. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cottage And Bay. Nestled in the woods, quiet and peaceful was exactly what we wanted and needed for a peaceful getaway. The place was really clean. Loved the games room. Would love to return sometime, maybe in the winter. Would absolutely recommend!

The perfect cottage for a weekend in Fish Creek. One mile drive away from Downtown. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Ceiling fans and extra fans kept the cottage nice and cool. Comfortable beds, cozy space overall. And the privacy of being in the woods was wonderful. We would love to come back again!

The place was clean and cozy and being dog friendly was a huge plus for us. Extremely private and beautiful views! Also some of the best atv trails we've been on in the state less than a mile down the road!! 5 stars all around!!

Peaceful, cozy cottage with a great view of the lake and gorgeous sunsets. Outdoor space to relax and connect while enjoying a fire and the view. Warm and welcoming indoor spaces. Cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants and convenient by car to great hiking as well as to all the Door County sights! Andrea was very helpful as we prepared for our trip and stayed in touch throughout to make sure we had what we needed and knew how to find local hot spots. Overall fantastic place to stay and we will be back!

Would definitely recommend staying at Adam's beautiful home/cabin in northern Wisconsin. The place was clean, matched the pictures, and was exactly what my group needed. It's quiet and peaceful making it the perfect getaway location. You need to have a little campfire under the stars if you're staying here as well. If I'm back in Crivitz, I know what I'm staying. This little cabin is my idea of heaven. Right on a small lake near the end of a road so there's no traffic noise. I spent a perfect May afternoon outside with a book and the company of SO many birds. Among others, I heard and saw my first Sandhill cranes- so interesting and loud! Heather was responsive to any inquiries I had and provided a nice snack basket and a stack of maps and brochures for local attractions. There is everything you need for an extended stay, and I would have stayed much much longer if I could have! There are kayaks available and exploring the lakes would have been a real treat if I'd had more time. I will go back someday.

This place has an unbeatable water view and is very cozy! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a long weekend getaway in northern Door County that’s close to plenty of things to do!

Beautiful place with great views. Lake Michigan views makes it look like you’re waking up in the gulf or even on the ocean. Great space with everything you need! This Airbnb had better views than most of the downtown attractions! Great host! Super helpful and always responsive. We will be back!

Great stay, the place was in a perfect location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of near by towns but wasn’t to far where things were not easily assessable. The place was a perfect north woods retreat

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy’s place this past week! The listing is just as described and absolutely perfect as a launch pad for daily adventures in northern Michigan! Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay. The cottage was spacious yet still felt cozy. Had everything we needed. Loved feeling private in a country setting yet minutes from restaurants and shops. Eric was always quick to respond and had all the answers we needed. We would highly recommend this spot and host.

Our favorite home away from home! Cant get much better than sitting on the steps with a fresh cup of coffee watching the sunrise, listening to the turkeys gobble and watching the deer.

This little cabin was perfect for us and our length of stay. Everything was so clean and uncluttered. We enjoyed it's simplicity!
