“Elaine’s Door County Lakeside Cottage is as close to perfect as it comes! Sitting by the fire, reading or looking out the amazing floor to ceiling windows at the snow falling is simply heaven. The cottage itself is a delight - everything you need, sparkling clean, with a creative touch. Door County in the winter is slower paced, but there is plenty to do, see and explore. Elaine made us feel very welcome, left delicious breakfast provisions in the fridge and plenty of wood for the fire. We slept like babies in the comfortable, cozy beds and the utter quiet. I’m sure the cottage is a lovely place to be in warmer weather as well with the lake right there at the shore!”

Their place is located just off the downtown strip with no shortage of nearby places to try and trails to visit. The room itself was filled with convenient amenities and was always nice to return to and relax in.”
