We had an amazing stay —well worth the money! The chalet was super clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Mohamed and his dad were fantastic hosts—super welcoming and always ready to help whenever we needed them. The beach was incredible: sandy, clear waters, and enjoyable tides. The lifeguards all around made us feel very safe, there were no water sports/activities tho. The chalet is just a 3-minute drive from the beach, so having your own car is a good idea since there aren't any golf cars available. Restaurants are conveniently close, only a 3-minute walk away, and there's a great variety to choose from. The ground-floor chalet was perfect for us, especially for older family members or those with physical adaptations. While there is one step at the entrance that might be tricky for wheelchair users, the rest of the place, including the shower and rooms, is quite accessible. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

The villa was gorgeous and looked like the pictures. It has a nice pool and is nicely decorated. The villa is in the Ceaser bay resort and you have access to the amenities of the resort including the beach (which is a 7 min walk), restaurants, swimming pool, gym and spa. There are 4 good size rooms and 1 tiny room used as maid quarters. The kitchen is well equipped. Alaa is responsive and helpful. This was our first time at the North Coast of Egypt… and we really enjoyed the experience. Something we didn’t know is that the place is about 1 hour away from where most of the action is in the North Coast and one hour from Mursa Matruh. While there is a lot of development happening around Ceaser Bay, it’s still pretty empty with few close restaurants outside the resort and things to do. You should get a car to get to supermarkets and will probably need to cook as the resort food gets old quickly

Hana was amazing and so was her lovely, cosy home! The garden was perfect for entertaining and the location of the villa was perfectly located in an area that is central to many other compounds. Hana was extremely responsive, accommodating and just pleasant to work with. I highly recommend her place as a home to choose if you are looking for a clean, spacious and conveniently located home in the North Coast. Two thumbs up and five stars!

The villa was great! It looks even better in reality than the photos. I would definitely recommend this to any group visiting Marassi. We had so much fun. The host sent agents who were responsive and helped us massively with the check in process as well as recommendations. Thank you for everything!

Excellent option for family visiting Sahel.

Ahmed and his wife Mena were great hosts, communication was super from day 1 of booking until checkout. They made sure everything was perfect on arrival and were very responsive throughout the stay. They were so keen to make us have a smooth process and a great experience, which we did. They have a beautiful, clean and spacious place with great amenities, even better than photos, and the surrounding community is great. They even recommended surrounding stores for food, groceries and other services. It’s a perfect destination for summer in Egypt. Would definitely love to come back again!

the place was very nice and everything was new same as the the photos, the garden was huge and right in front of it is a big swimming pool, and the supermarket was within a walking distance. i enjoyed my stay here and i liked the design of Mountain view I was surprised that all the restaurants are still open in September which was very convenient. highly recommended and definitely will come again.
