Cozy Villa

My name is Yaser, and this is my cozy villa. I'm often away from Egypt, which is why I have it on airbnb. It’s a comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Past folks have really enjoyed the pool, and I hope you do as well. It would be best to have a car during your stay, you will move more comfortably as the shops and cafes are on the main street. You can also use uber here. I don't want parties and fuss, but I do want you to take advantage of the amenities and have a relaxing time.

The place is clean and has a private pool right, in front of the beach and has 2 queen beds and 6 full beds so it can accommodate up to 10 adults or more with kids. It’s good for family gatherings. The place is quiet and Samah is super nice and underrating. It doesn’t have A/C’s but I didn’t need it. It was cold at night already, but keep in mind that my reservation was in June, I would rent it again if I’m going to do the same family gathering. Pros: beach front, clean and plenty of room. Cons: the resort has nothing to do and some items in the villa need renovation.

Ahmed was a wonderful host. The house was impeccable, great resort area with plenty of amenities. Ahmed was responsive with all our questions and queries and the house was set up thoughtfully and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay including beach towels, coffee pods and water. Definetely will look into staying his place again!

We had an amazing stay! The villa is truly first row on the beach — we woke up and fell asleep to a stunning view. The space is cozy, spacious, and feels like home. ACs are new, totally silent, and cool perfectly. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the garden was great — we had fun playing with water guns! The location is one of the best in Sahel: right next to Marassi, near restaurants and supermarkets, yet the area is calm and quiet, even on weekends. It felt like a private beach. Access is smooth and well-paved, unlike other places nearby. Beach chairs, bean bags, and umbrellas are free. The beach is a bit rocky at first, but there’s a jetty that takes you to a perfect spot. We loved the fresh gandofli sold on the beach too. Yasmin and her family were incredible — so kind, helpful, and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations. They genuinely cared about every detail. We’ll 100% come back again. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.
