We had a lovely weekend. The studio is spacious, clean and modern. There is a very big balcony. The little extra is the ceiling ventilation, very pleasant when it's hot. The residence and the neighborhood are quiet. Small downside, it is not easy to find a parking space nearby.

Its location is ideal as it is close to shops, also close to the Royat arboretum and less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Clermont Ferrand. A home away from home with views of Clermont-Ferrand. The place is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Frederique put together a comprehensive up to date book on what to do and where to go in the region. She is also a wealth of information on the region. The secure parking is a definite plus. Excellent experience. I would come back in a heartbeat.
