We really enjoyed the few days here! Above all, the quiet location and the diverse possibilities in the area made this stay an unforgettable experience. Not to forget, of course, is the beautiful cabin, where you can find everything you need for a short vacation!

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. Amazing stay in a stunning location with a beautiful view. The house was perfect for our needs, and Miha was lovely, very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for hikes in the surrounding area. We will be back! :)

Miha is a great host, he was very open and friendly, and gave us lots of recommendations and ideas what to do and where to eat. The chalet at Kanzelhöhe is beautiful. The path to the Kanzelhöhe offers beautiful views, but no comparison to the view when arriving at the chalet, whether in daylight or at night. You can enjoy this in complete tranquility. The chalet invites in the fire in the evenings and you can enjoy this perfectly on the covered terrace. The associated bathhouse in the field on the lake also offers beautiful views, tranquility and everything you need for a day at the lake. The owners are incredibly accommodating, helpful and have been available day or night. We will come back and enjoy Austria in this beautiful chalet.

Really a great, very well maintained and clean house. The sauna is great and so is the location. The ski resort can be reached in a few minutes' walk and there is also a larger ski resort not far away if you need it. We were all very comfortable. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Communication was always super fast, helpful and friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with panoramic views all around. The house itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for local activities and dining. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace after a day of hiking—it felt like a dream!

We were welcomed by the super friendly host, even hours before our planned arrival. Most stunning views on the lakes, in the middle of the forrest with silence all around. The place is super spacious and has been kept authentic without feeling old. We were a group of 6 friends, for us the rooms and beds felt a bit small but that fades away by the absolutely stunning surroundings.

We were two couples (old friend for 45 years) using the Haus and stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location and the mountain views are magical, perfect to relax. It is remote and driving to town takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road condition (snow and winding mountain road). So stock up and relax :)

Quirky set up but genius for a big group. Each bedroom is like a mini apartment, nice to have a private space when travelling with a large group. Large gathering space and commercial type kitchen. Was worried about no AC first week of September but the nights cooled down and it was completely comfortable, it must be the mountain area because Italy was brutal in the same timeframe. Very central to hike Triglav, visit Bled and Ljubliana. Try the wood fired pizza place in town, really good pizza. Kaja is great and we would stay here again.

We had wonderful days at Mary's cozy cabin! There was nothing missing, great amenities and everything was very clean. Maria was always available for questions and responded quickly and kindly. We can totally recommend this cabin in the best location (right on the ski slope) and will definitely be back!

The cabin was super clean and really well maintained. Great decor and everything important was there. Great sauna with a pleasant relaxation room. Check in and out was super easy and communication worked out great. Overall, a great vacation.

The contact with and the reception of Michaela & family was super nice, I was in good hands and felt comfortable right away. The chalet is beautiful and well furnished, extremely well equipped and everything was very clean. A feel-good place, rainy days can be well endured. The bathing bay is perfect for the beautiful days, long walks along the river and countless outdoor activities can be found around the area. A perfect stay!

It wasn't a cheap stay for just 2 people, being there for only one night, but the place has a lot to offer. The place was clean and cosy, and surroundings are beautiful. Thanks for having us.

We had a lovely, short stay at the Chalet Studio! The area was really quiet and had great nature! The studio itself was really cozy and we felt very comfortable - especially in the autumn weather! The breakfast offer was also really great, so we had the opportunity to try regional food. We would love to visit this place again at a warmer time of year! - Greetings!

If you are looking for a private access to the lake, a modern house and amenities this the object you should go for. It was our first time in n kaernten and we loved it. Great hiking tours starting right at your door step; tschebul is a great restaurant within 10 min walk, we tried the whole menu in course of 10 days and we cooked also at home. Having your own access to the lake was beautiful with morning coffee, during the day while you work and just jump into the lake at a break or in the evening lying on the steg and watching the stars and enjoying an amaro.
