Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Geriş Mahallesi

We stayed for 3 adults, 1 child-4 people in August. The house has a beautiful view of the sea and sunset in a quiet complex. As you can see from the photos, it is in a very high location, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials you need are available, but if you are constantly going to make home-cooked meals, there may be kitchen supplies you need to bring in addition. Also, you will definitely need a car to get to the grocery store or beaches no matter how close it is. There is no air conditioning in the house but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and balcony door so you can let the breeze in by opening the whole place. Considering that you will be sitting on the balcony, it would still be good to take precautions for flies. The pool is gorgeous in one word! Immaculately clean and very calm. Away from the noise and crowds, it's perfect for those who want to relax. Ms. Sakine and her husband, Mr. Cihansever, were very caring and helpful from the first day until our departure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.

I stayed with my family at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time. Everything about the house is perfect. There are facilities to meet all your needs, such as the view, location, etc. Mr. İlhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

The house we stayed in was exactly the same as the one in the ad. We had no problems communicating with the host Mr. Murat. We were happy to have someone who communicated in a self and only necessary way. A house where you can easily come with your pet. The balcony view is magnificent. It is located within walking distance of the Türkbükü beach. The house is located in a beautiful boutique site with a magnificent garden. There is a parking lot and a pool. I recommend it to everyone.

The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and tidy. Everything was very well thought out and prepared for us. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the breakfast was very good. The environment was very reliable, and the parking lot provided great convenience. I can say that it was even better than promised. It will be the first place we will choose on our next Bodrum trip. Beautiful house in Kos town. A little bit further out from the really touristy areas which we loved, but everything in walking distance. Lovely hosts, definitely worth every penny :) Thank you for our stay!

I would recommend the stay for anyone looking for a central location in Kos town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lambi beach is also a very short walk. Very friendly and informative host. Apartment was clean and all the amenities available.

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything necessary. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

It was one of the most peaceful and beautiful holidays I have ever had, perhaps the number one. Ms. Başak is a perfect person and very kind and helpful. If you want to come to Bodrum, don't even look at another ad. Location, home, all of them are ŞA-HA-NE. We are very pleased, we love it. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Başak once again.🫶🏻

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had a wonderful stay in Bodrum. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check out and letting us hang by the pool all day. The pool is incredible, we loved spending time there. The breakfast was also really nice. We cannot wait to come back

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
