We were very welcomed with their caring and friendly staff. We had a small water problem, they came quickly and solved it when we told them. When we said everything we needed, it was met immediately. The place we stayed was the same as in the photo. Overall the layout of Gaia was very calm and peaceful. It was a place we wanted to go back and stay

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

Very close to the market, the seaside, the marina, the dolmus passes by the street, it is extremely quiet and peaceful in the tangerine and lemon gardens. When there was no lemon left in the house, it was a very different sense to open the window and collect it from the tree. There was digiturk, and we missed watching TV. The house and kitchen were so beautiful that we spent most of the time in the house. Volkan was also very helpful and a very nice host.

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. The apartment was better than we expected. It’s very spacious and clean with all the amenities. Dimi was a fantastic host who was very kind and helpful. We actually had wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately the apartment was already booked. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend it! Thank you again!

We stayed for 4 nights during Eid al-Adha. First of all, Ms. Bahar was extremely caring and helpful. The house was exactly as in the photos; an old Greek house, blue shutters, a wonderful courtyard, a custom-designed bathroom and kitchen… It was clean and had everything we needed. Staying in the center of Bodrum, which I dreamed of, walking on the beach in the morning, then having breakfast in the courtyard and going anywhere we want. In the evenings, it is a few steps away from the lively and fun nights in the bar street. We loved Bodrum more thanks to our accommodation. If I come to Bodrum again, I know where I'll stay!

Ms. Seda was very friendly and caring. The bathroom, bedroom, and the house in general were clean. Entering and exiting the house is very simple. The facilities were sufficient. There was always hot water.

We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. We would come back any time and highly recommend it. Here, an authentic island experience is guaranteed. A big thank you to Martha ♥️

Inge's accommodation met our expectations exactly! The cottage was sparkling clean and modern, had everything you needed. The communication with Inge was great, she even picked us up from the bus stop and - by chance - we were able to get back to the airport without taking the bus. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace & nature in the immediate vicinity of Kos Town.

5 of us stayed here to celebrate graduating university. There was so much room and a beautiful villa. Pool was always quiet with an amazing view. The host allowed us to have a late check out which was amazing. Recommend if you are looking for a beautiful villa enabling you to relax and enjoy being on holiday. We loved staying here, local food was super and Bodrum was full of lovely people.

House is exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Rooms have air conditioning but the top floor terrace is a fantastic place to relax with a lovely breeze and a great view of the bay. The area is quiet and the house is in a gated compound with its own parking. We found really lovely places to eat and go for breakfast and evening meals very nearby. There are a few small convenience stores within walking distance to get bits. There is a bus service which was very close if you did not hire a car The area felt very safe. We really enjoyed staying at the house and glad we came to a quieter area but with easy access to busier places.

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs, Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

As someone who has stayed in many places, this is the first time we have experienced such a warm and sincere family home comfort and peaceful accommodation... On the last day, we had breakfast together at a table full of laughter, and the breakfast lasted 2 hours without realizing the time... As a result, we were very pleased, it is my recommendation to everyone looking for a high quality, sincere and good service.
