Shota is a cheerful and enthusiastic host with prompt communication. His friendly mother met me during check in. The location is super convenient and walkable to eateries and a supermarket. The colorful and vintage decor makes it an interesting stay.

A wonderful small studio full of character. Just a short walk over the river to the Old city, so peaceful, and would definitely recommend it. Added bonus of the complimentary shower gel and shampoo as we forgot ours!

I had a fantastic stay, thanks to this truly perfect flat and an all-around wonderful experience. The apartment had everything I needed, and the hosts were just as thoughtful and helpful. It was often a tough decision whether to stay in and enjoy the cozy space or head out and explore! The location is excellent—set in a lively neighborhood, close to a beautiful park, and within walking distance of many main attractions.

Все было замечательно. В студии были все необходимые вещи( стиральный порошок, зонтик, кофе и многое другое). Рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и кофейнь. Жилье чистое. Отличное соотношение цены/качества

Beautiful garden. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the wood as an element of the interior. It's just an Inst. place!!!

всё было отлично, единственный недостаток, что даже на восемнадцатом этаже очень сильный шум от улицы, постоянные пробки под окнами, Даже при хорошей погоде нельзя было спать с открытыми окнами, Зато в квартире есть кондиционеры и отличная звукоизоляция

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We had a great stay at Paloma's place! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, with a beautiful view, and still close to the heart of Sighnaghi. The house itself is incredibly stylish and full of character. Even though we were only three people, and the home is quite spacious, it would be ideal for a larger family or group looking for a calm retreat in the area. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, and we especially loved the garden – a lovely spot to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sighnaghi!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mariana’s place. It was cozy, quiet, and even better than it looked in the photos. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, and having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus. It had everything we needed to cook meals, and whenever we had a question, Mariana was quick to respond and helpful, especially convenient since she lives downstairs. The home also had reliable wifi and comfortable beds. The location was also great for exploring local sites and nearby towns.

Its very beautiful place, it was neat and very clean. host is very proactive and supportive. Price is fair and its very close to all the scenery of tbilisi. we will stay again here. 10/10 star

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Accueil parfait. Nous étions à Kutaisi à l’occasion d’un mariage, notre séjour dans l’appartement a répondu tout à fait à notre besoin.

I've stayed here for the whole season. What can I say.. this apt worth the price in full! Ana was super helpful and responsive, my inquires were solved very fast. Reception host (it is an apart-hotel) was also very friendly and helpfull, she speaks English well enough. It may seem that location is remote, but it is wrong: it's only 15 mins on foot to the city center. Big Nikora supermarket is just 2 minutes away and you can buy everything you need there. Buses to the slopes started to run 2 weeks after the start of the season, the bus stop is right near Nikora. They pads by every 30 mins, you can get both to Didveli and Kohta fast. Apartment was equipped with everything I've ever needed. If something was wrong, i could always contact reception and they will solve it fast. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful, though you need to note, that this is the Family apart hotel and there are a lot of families with kids during the winter holidays. Overall the price/qual is best in Bakuriani
