Lovely apartment with an amazing host 👌🏻 The location is great between the new and old Batumi, all the sights are within a walking distance. Host is available and allowed us to wait for our flight in the apartment. The size of the apartment is impressive, huge bedrooms and high ceilings, good quality furniture. We will definitely come back here, highly recommend 👍♥️

One of the best hosts I’ve ever met. He had no problem with late check out, he explained us everything, he was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. View is amazing. We will definitely come back

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

Everything was great, the place is exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Please pay attention to the location, the point in Airbnb was incorrect (the host sent the right one). One shower/toilet for 10 guests is a bit inconvenient, it would be great if there was another one.

We’ve had an incredible time at Giorgi’s house. Comfortable little terrace with a breeze from the sea, barbecue zone, parking space under the house in the shade, walkable long shore is all yours. Giorgi is very friendly and talkative. You might be lucky to hear a cool story from him. It’s an extra bonus!

We stayed with a large group, 3 families, 9 people, including 3 children. The rooms are cozy, clean, as described. There is everything you need. Felt like home. The location is the most profitable, everything is in a walking distance. Separately, I must say about Levan and his wife Leah: wonderful people, always ready to help and advise. Next time we will definitely stay at Levan's place

I highly recommend the guesthouse – it has an excellent location for skiing, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves delicious food.

Everyrbing was good. Only one thing to take into account is checking in and searching for accommodation, my location in g-maps was slightly different vs real one.

Teo and his family were very welcoming. The breakfast was so good!

We enjoyed two Happy Days in Gori at Ia's place. The apartment is enormous and comfortable. We had most everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is a short walk from the sights of Gori, and there are many supermarkets, bakeries and even a Mall nearby. Best of all was our wonderful host Ia. We loved the home cooked meals she can provide if required. So delicious and filling.

Every thing has been great

We had the best time staying at Nino's place. This is actually a small and quiet village on the bank of beautiful lake. Suites ideally for retreats or meditations for large companies. Although there are several things to keep in in mind. Looks like Ninos house was just prepared - there some contruction undergoing. There are two bathrooms one inside the house and one outside. The hot water shower works only in external one which is not so comfortable. Also house is bit asketic - almost no furniture in bedrooms (jsut bed and wardrobe) and few place to sit in dining room. Sadly there is no microwave. Also strongly recommend to have a car when visiting - even smallest grocery stores are relatively far. Overall we had very nice time - peaceful and relaxing. Kids had lots of space both indoor and outdoor. Very nice lake view from the balcony especially valued when you come out with morning coffee
