I stayed here for a whole month and loved it. Thank you so much to my hosts who were super responsive and helpful all the time. A beautiful home within a quiet private area but close to all the central action. Strong wi-fi so a great place for remote workers too. Xx

Olga is a fabulous host, and she deserves all the good ratings she got. The apartment has everything you will need for a few days or more in Tbilisi. The location is good, and everything is within walking distance (or, if you don't like to explore the city on foot, you can jump into a bus that stops a few meters from the apartment). I had a few problems because of the current COVID-19 epidemic (my flight got canceled two times), and Olga was very understanding and even offered to send me my money back by bank transfer because I wasn't able to cancel my booking. Fortunately, I decided to still stay in Tbilisi for a week, and therefore I was able to relax in Olga's apartment for a few days.

Mr.Geno's place met all our expectations. Locationwise it was in the heart of Tbilisi andfantastic, in walkable distance to all historical places, restaurants, cafes, bazaars. All amenities were available at house as described, even more Mr. Geno and Ms. Ineza immediately provided our additional requests. Kithen was very useful for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Wifi signal was more than enough. We had an amazing time due to Ms.Geno's hospitality. We will definitely prefer to stay at Mr.Geno's house in our nex visit..

We booked one night at Leonids house and had a super stay in the guest bedroom with a private bathroom. The host and his family were very friendly and good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend! Ps. best nights sleep on our whole trip in Georgia!🛌💤

The place is very big and clean, there is everything you need, and if you need something else, just go upstairs and ask Zorbeg, he is very friendly. One of the best places we visited ever.

Lived for a month, I really liked everything, a cozy yard and a nice warm house. Friendly host Harry has done a lot for us. I recommend to everyone!

Convenient location, rooms are cleaned on time, the furniture and interior are a little tired, the tiles are broken on the floor in some places, but in general the host does not promise a chic renovation. But there is a terrace and territory, because of the greenery, the rooms are dark, but in the heat it's not bad. There was no bed lamp in my room. The bathroom also has a reasonably low ceiling above the sink. There is no hairdryer or kettle in the room, please also also also pay attention. If you add them, and there would be no laundry at all

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday! We booked taking into account a quiet neighborhood - and we didn't lose! It was quiet and peaceful at night, we had a great night's sleep. It was important for us to be warm, as in winter in Batumi many houses are very cool. But the house has central heating, so we're not cold. The inside is cozy, has everything you need, wifi is very fast. Thank you so much! We got exactly what we were expecting.

The place is wonderful. A cozy house with its own small territory. The complex itself has a lot of entertainment (water park, cinema, restaurants, billiards, etc.) Swimming pools are included. The sea is a stone's throw from the cabin. The room itself has everything you need (dishes, towels, towels, iron, hairdryer, hairdryer, umbrellas) and most importantly, air dryer. Due to the strong humidity, it was just an indispensable thing. Anna was always in touch, answered all your questions. Ok thanks a lot!

Great location, nice apartment and fast landlord. We had an issue with smell for a few days which seems to have been due to a leaking pipe but it was solved. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

We stayed in there for 4 nights and the place is very close to the City center. İn addition, the inside of the facility was very secure. There are many employees around that you can ask for help. Thanks for everything

Felt like being at a friend house, felt like family. We were proactive to make ourselves feel home and the family welcomed that very much. They made amazing food, Natia is a master chef! Auto is wine master ! Natural ingredients from their chickens and fish and beans. They would offer you a lot if they like you! Very generous, friendly, cozy And people of the surrounding area also very friendly. The waterfall is very near the house and you can see cows everywhere. Water is super clean and hot when wanter.

Tata is such a thoughtful host and made our stay in Tbilisi perfect! The apartment is part of her fashion HQ and has been decorated perfectly. It is just a short walk to Liberty Square and then onto the old town. Just a great location and very comfortable. Thank Tata!

Aleqsi was really kind person. The home is near to the central. It was like 20 minute by walk, with taxi max 8 min. Thanks for everything.

Except there are no pans for cooking and cooking. Everything else is fine

A cabin with its own mini-doucher with a closed area. The host is very responsible, attentive and decent (accepted us at an erroneous and low price). The photos match, but it's even more cozy and better inside. It consists of two rooms. One small, with double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table. The second is the main one. It combines the living room with a sofa, armchairs and TV, a kitchenette (table and chairs) and sleeping places (double bed and single bed). There is a lot of furniture, thereis enough. Pasteled is good, clean, there are towels for everyone. There is also a mini kitchen with tiles and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom is very small but showering is quite enough. Combined with a toilet. The main thing is that the cabin is very good. A little walk and you get out in front of the old city. Freedom Square and other interesting places are just a short walk away. Opposite is a large supermarket, there is a stop nearby. We checked a great time, we were comfortable and homey here. I recommend to everyone Lasha and his place.

We arrived at Zaze before the year. This is a large private house, we were placed in a spacious living room with 2 beds + a large bed. In the living room on the table, we had a greeting from the hosts wine, chacha, fruit, fruit and sweets. Very pleasant, we tired of the road had a bite to eat and went to sleep in the white beds. The host of Zaza and Nino are very kind and attentive hosts, the people of the Orthodox faith for all our desires were responsive, helping and organizing our leisure time in every way possible. We really appreciate these people so much, during their stay. We will remember and we will definitely visit them again if we are in Tbilisi!

Perfect house with the great view and great hosts. For our big family group of 9 people, it was a quest to find something that would suit all tastes and requests. Tamta's and Shalva's house was just a lucky find - spacious, clean, comfortable, having space to rest, dine and hang out. The house has a terrace with perhaps the best view on Kutaisi and surrounding, places to sit for a group of people inside and outside. Rooms a spacious and clean, in-suit bathrooms. Tamta and Shalva kindly suggested to prepare a dinner for us upon arrival. I strongly recommend to use this chance, because once you'll arrive to the place, especially after long travel, you won't be willing to go anywhere else and their food and vine are delicious. The best recommendation from all our family and big thanks for Tamta and Shalva.
