旧市街の便利なロケーションにあり、設備も整っていて、ホストもとても親切でした。おかげで本当に快適な滞在となりました。 アパートメントはトビリシ旧市街に位置しており、空港からはタクシーで20〜30分ほど。市内の主要エリア（バケ、サブルタロ、リシなど）へはバスや地下鉄で簡単にアクセスできます。部屋からは、トビリシを流れるクラ川や、丘の上に建つ美しい至聖三者大聖堂が見渡せて、眺めも素晴らしかったです。 建物の1階には小さなグロッサリーストアがあり、徒歩圏内にはベーカリーやコンビニ、そして美味しいレストランも多く、日々の生活に不便はまったく感じませんでした。 設備もとてもよく整っており、特にキッチンは充実していて、料理好きの私にとっては嬉しいポイントでした。地元の食材を使って料理する時間も楽しむことができました。私たちは子ども連れで、現地で生活するように滞在していたので、こうした環境はとてもありがたかったです。 1ヶ月以上の滞在中、断水やインターネットのトラブルなど（※これらはホストの責任ではなく、公共サービスの問題でした）もありましたが、その都度ホストのMaiaさんと息子さんのSandroさんが迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。 トビリシの街にすっかり魅了されるほど、素敵な滞在となりました。また機会があればぜひ再訪したい、心からおすすめできるお部屋です。

Good place to stay, the host is responsive and gives clear descriptions of the place. Everything is there for your stay. I recommend it

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

공항에 새벽 도착이라 체크인 시간까지 머물곳이 없어서 곤란했는데, 기꺼이 이른시간에 체크인을 해줬고 사진과 똑같은 숙소였습니다. 너무 편안하고 안락하고 좋았습니다. 모든 편의시설이 다 갖춰진 멋진 공간입니다. 또한 윗층에 주인분들께서 거주하고 계셔서 긴급한 상황에 바로바로 응대해 주십니다. 조지아에서 최고의 숙소 입니다!!!

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. George nagyom kedves volt és a szállás teljesen úgy nézett ki, mint a képeken. Nagyon közel volt a belvároshoz. Érdemes előre jelezni, hogy autóval érkezel, hogy a parkolóhelyeket elrendezzék.

Perfect for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening The location is unbeatable, right behind the Parliament building, very safe with a central feel. Walking distance to everything: old town, Rustaveli Avenue, cafes, museums, Galleria Mall / Metro Inside, the apartment is clean, well equipped and comfortable with high quality bedding and reliable Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work). There is even a quaint Italian yard off of the fully equipped kitchen It is clear that Eka genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay and responds quickly to any requests or questions Great place to book and visit!

We are only disappointed that we could only spend one night at the guesthouse Milorava. The guesthouse itself is a masterpiece of DIY home construction, with much attention to detailed work, if you’re interested in that sort of thing. We purchased a wine tasting dinner and breakfast, all of which was exceptional. Tamara is an excellent hostess and sommelier, and I feel that this was the best use of our time and money with the limited time we had to spend in Telavi. Very happy.

A lovely little apartment for staying in Tbilisi. It's clean and has everything you need. Very close to many shops and restaurants. The host family is so kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay there.

Ана и Амиран — замечательные хозяева. Они тепло нас встретили, порекомендовали интересные места в окрестностях и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание было комфортным. Жильё оказалось чистым, светлым, тёплым и очень уютным. Оно расположено на первом этаже, а хозяева живут на втором с отдельным входом. Благодаря собственной огороженной территории мы чувствовали себя уединённо и не пересекались без необходимости. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи. Особенно порадовал камин, дрова для которого можно приобрести на месте. Также понравилась возможность заказать вкусный завтрак. Место тихое, граничит с женским монастырём Самтавро. Потрясающие виды на храмы особенно красивы в вечернее время. Для нас было важным, что хозяева приветливы к животным и приняли нас с нашей небольшой собакой. Плюсом стала возможность парковки на закрытой территории. Всё было отлично! Мы обязательно вернёмся.

Шикарноя место, для тех кто любит спокойный отдых, а не борьбу за лежак и рекламу чучхелы и пива. Берег удобный , даже для детей. Хозяин все рассказал, и объяснил. Приятное общение и помощь в решении вопросов.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jalal's home was a great find in Sighnaghi. It was located at a walkable distance from center yet in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The place was spotlessly clean, with all modern amenities and good heating/cooling. Jalal was always reachable and helpful, even when he was himself travelling. Highly recommended for your stay in Sighnaghi. 👍

Yatakları ise çok rahattı tekrar o yatakta yatmak için tiflise gidilebilir 😂 en ufak bir konuda dahi merakımı gidermek için çok kısa sürede cana yakın içten bir şekilde cevap verdi. This is the best Airbnb experience I have had so far. Maia was always available to respond to any questions we had, even before we arrived at the apartment. Besides that, she prepared some local cuisine for our arrival, which was a small but warm gesture from her. The apartment itself is excellent - brand new, 2-bedroom, comfortable sofa, clean and convenient bathroom. I believe the price is worth these conditions. It's a 10/10 experience overall, and I would recommend it to anyone.
