Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Georgia

Жилье соответствовало фото, был большой телевизор, небольшая кухня. Само жилье было недостаточно большим( для 1-2 человек в целом нормально) посуды хватало, но можно добавить дополнительные стаканы для воды. В ванной комнате нужно добавить стаканчик для зубных щеток. Обеденный стол был не прикручен к ножкам, нужно прикрутить. В комнате было тепло, отопление работает хорошо. Хорошо, что есть пылесос , можно быстро убрать мусор с пола и поддерживать чистоту в жилье. Иногда было слышно ремонтные работы , но в целом это не мешало. Я осталась довольна данным жильем.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Staying at this Airbnb in the heart of Tbilisi was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely immersed in the charm of local culture. The apartment itself has exceptional design, beautifully decorated with traditional touches, and perfectly located—you can walk to the old town, local bakeries, cozy wine bars, and historic sites within minutes. What truly made the stay special was the host’s responsiveness and incredible hospitality. She shared wonderful tips about hidden gems and local eateries. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a friend’s home. If you’re looking for a genuine, heartwarming experience that goes beyond just visiting a place—this is where you should stay. I’m already planning my return. Thank you for making my time in Georgia unforgettable!

The apartment is cozy. It is clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the hydrogen sulfide hot water in the shower. Very grateful for your early hospitality!

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

I was very satisfied with these apartments. The first thing I want to highlight is how quickly the manager responds it’s rare and very important. Every request I made was handled within minutes. For example, we wanted to prepare breakfast but there was no knife. I messaged the manager, and it was delivered in less than two minutes. Another time, late in the evening around 11 PM, we accidentally spilled water on the bed. I reached out just to check if it was possible to get new sheets and within five minutes, they brought fresh ones. Every single question or issue was resolved quickly and with care. The level of customer service and attention was truly outstanding. It’s clear they really care and make sure everything is handled. The location was great, everything was clean and well-maintained, and overall I was very happy. I highly recommend these apartments they’re truly a high-quality option with excellent service.

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very welcoming.

Spacious house that was well appointed and clean and tidy. Nice to have a big kitchen that was fully equipped. We had a great stay and whilst the location was a little further away, walking and transport was easy.

Everything was very good. The owner always ready to help you. There is a lot of space in the house and a beautiful garden. There is a car parking. Thank you!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

One of the best Airbnb’s ever! Its really on another level, I can say it was the best place I ever rented ! The rooms, the outside area, the living room, the fireplace, the terrace and the swimming pool were all on another level, extremely clean, well equipped. Gaga requested that the cleaner for the swimming pool has to come in the moring to clean the swimming pool and the filter, eventhough the swimming pool was clear as glass. This place is suitable to be rented for long periods with no issues. The kitchen is also very well equipped and maintained. The outside bbq grill is also very nice and has good ventilation. One small thing is that I didn’t find the washing machine, I don’t know if there was one. I didn’t ask Gaga for it beacuse I didn’t stay for a long time. But if its missing, its really worth it to have one in this great place.

The stay was amazing. Ika is a very nice host. He shows us everything. The house was clean and cozy. Highly recommend this place, especially for those who are seeking a rest with a swimming pool

Прекрасная квартира рядом с главой улицей. Магазины и кафе совсем рядом. В квартире 2 спальни. Спать комфортно, тихо, не слышно соседей!!! Сверху никто не ходит. Удобный матрас, отличные подушки, хорошее постельное белье. Мы жили до этого в другой квартире и там была очень плохая звукоизоляция. Постоянно слышали разговоры соседей за стеной. Здесь сон отличный! В этой квартире большое количество посуды, удобно готовить. Отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин, всегда на связи. Очень чисто! Если эта квартира будет свободна в нашу следующую поездку, то мы будем жить только здесь:) Большое спасибо!

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes. As a superhost having long experience in it I would highly recommend Mari apartment as it's one of the best experience I had. thanks Mary for your hospitality.
