Maya is an amazing host, she always responds immediately and her attitude is full of warmth, with a lot of desire to help in everything. Maya made an effort to make my check in earlier than it's supposed to be, and I appreciate it very much. The sweet apartment completely surprised me, it is tastefully furnished and equipped. You will not lack anything there. The apartment is located a short distance from the center and entertainment areas of the Old Tbilisi. You will enjoy peace and quiet and yet, you will be within a short walk of Freedom Square and more. I'm not sure Maya would want me to tell, but she supported me beyond imagination when I was in need. Thank you dear Maya!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lika’s place! She is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! Нам очень понравилось жилье! Отличное место: рынок со свежими продуктами, мног супермаркетов и ресторанов! До старого города на такси, но такси стоит очень дешевл и мы везде перемещались на такси!!! Отличное жилье!!!

The place is ideally located within walking distance to the nearby park, shops, and restaurants. It also has everything you could possibly think of; from wine glasses, all the way to sliders. The host was also quite helpful and provided recommendations.

Margarita has a big heart! She asked me every single day of my stay if I was feeling comfortable. Honestly, I have rented a lot in Tbilisi before, but this house completely matched the pictures. The comfort was right there. The location is really great - everything in walking distances. I want for Margarita to have wonderful people, and I'm sure this house will be a warm match for the ones who love art - because every single corner was equipped with a piece of art. Margarita, may God bless your work and you always be booked no matter what season. My heart stayed in the house, for sure! ❤️

Responsiveness: From the very beginning, Irakli and Tamara were incredibly responsive. Every message we sent—whether before arrival or during our stay—was answered quickly, kindly, and helpfully. Their communication made everything smooth and stress-free. Care and Hospitality: What truly stood out was the warmth and genuine care they showed throughout our visit. They checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt less like staying at a rental and more like being hosted by thoughtful friends who truly care about their guests’ experience. The Place: The apartment was beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The view was an absolute highlight—right in front of the Peace Bridge—and waking up to that iconic sight every day was magical. The interiors were cozy and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. Location: You can’t beat the location! Everything from historical landmarks to cafes, restaurants.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Salome! Sie war so freundlich und konnte mir sogar Waschmittel bereitstellen! Die Wohnung hat sonst alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht, und gerade der Balkon ist ein echter Hingucker! Auch die Lage im Zentrum ist wundervoll, alles ist gut fußläufig, aber nicht zu laut, da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt.

Мы провели замечательное время в апартаментах в Dreamland Oasis в Чакви! Приезжали семьёй и останавливались в двухкомнатной квартире — всё было идеально. Апартаменты чистые, просторные, светлые и полностью соответствуют описанию. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, чувствуется забота о гостях. Территория комплекса — отдельное удовольствие: зелёная, ухоженная, с отличной инфраструктурой. Особенно порадовали бассейны — прекрасно подходит как для взрослых, так и для детей. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке — очень приятная, внимательная и всегда на связи. Общение было лёгким и приятным, чувствовали себя как дома. Смело рекомендуем это место и с радостью приедем снова!

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

The apartment is located very close to the Gudaura Lower Station and a grocery store. Also there is a spa center in the same building. The apartment is not very big but equipped with all necessary stuff, good for the small company of friends as it has 3 separated beds upstairs. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!
