Lovely spot to walk around the area, and comfortable beds (a huge must for me and my elderly dad). We loved it! Very, very clean, which was much appreciated.

We adored this place! We came here on a staycation and loved it. The complex was safe. The space was modern and trendy and near a lot of cool spots in the city. Loved the smart locks and the blue tooth. Very comfy bed and the shower was just as cool just as the pictures promised.

I love it when an AirBnB ends up exceeding my expectations and when the photos don’t do justice, and that was the case with this property. Very spacious and clean, great location with the best views of the park. Bonus bakery downstairs that did not disappoint - espresso coffee was on point, but definitely try the blueberry muffin and the cinnamon roll! We loved our stay.

Location was perfect as it was close enough to take advantage of sightseeing downtown and dining at restaurants but also quiet & peaceful for a great nights rest and away from heavy traffic. Kitchen had all basic necessities for a quick meal and cup of coffee. Place was very cozy, practical and cozy. Would consider returning next year!

My second stay at Chris and Christina’s. It’s a very lovely studio in a quaint community. Love having the coffee shop and massage parlor onsite. Very clean, well appointed space with essentials. The back porch is an added bonus!

Jackie was great! Very attentive, quick to respond. Would check in, give recommendations of local restaurants and events in the community. She even welcomed us with flowers and our favorite bottle of red ! The loft had a nice NY style apartment feeling. It was right in the heart of downtown. Would stay here again!

This was a return stay at Ande's place and it was fantastic just like the previous stay. Their place is neatly tucked away from the main road and a short walk / drive from plenty of restaurants and stores. The place itself is kept very tidy and clean, quiet and perfect for spring & summer weather enjoyment. Check in is easy and Ande is a very responsive host. 10 of 10 would recommend staying here if you're in the Athens area. Thank you, Ande!

Very unique place. Loved the design and layout. It might not be for everyone. There are a few stairs to climb to the different levels but that's what make its unique and great. Parking was easy and free. Its close to the park and close to a couple great coffee shops and small food stores.

We loved this place! It is spacious and has all of the amenities we wanted. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Clarkesville. Deana was an excellent host. She worked with us on check-in time, was very responsive and informative, and even left fresh eggs from their farm for us. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

I have stayed din various places throughout Serenbe in different areas of the community. Buzz's place is cozy, quaint and as described. The location is ideal and very accessible/ walkable. He is responsive and helpful in communicating during the stay.

Fantastic location and very close to the Beltline with lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars. Old Fourth Ward is beautiful, walkable and very peaceful. Derry is a great host! Will stay there again next time we are in ATL!

This was one of the best stays we've had in quite a while. Laura was informative and helpful with providing guidance about the property and surrounding area. The property is quiet, peaceful and spacious. We had a comfortable stay and look forward to coming back in the near future.

We were in an emergency situation leaving from Hurricane Milton. She was so accommodating to our late arrival and helped us get acquainted to such a cute town. The place was as described perfectly online, clean and welcoming! We were exhausted, and it just felt like home Meredith was so accommodating to us with a slightly late departure under the circumstances. We will come back and stay again. It is right downtown to this quaint bedroom community 5 Stars and More!

This is the second time staying at Joy& Philip's Airbnb and once again the family enjoyed staying at this location. The hosts provided clear instructions on checking in & checkout instructions.
