My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this lovely casita! It was cozy, well equipped, clean, cool and in a really nice neighborhood. Nadia was also great to meet and very friendly.

Really great place. Very quiet and private on a really quiet road yet close to downtown and East Austin. Really enjoyed the location. Mike was a great host. Very responsive. I would highly recommend and will probably be back!

Jessa’s place is perfectly located in the charming Hyde Park neighborhood. I loved exploring the area — there’s a great locally owned bookstore, cozy cafés, and inviting restaurants all tucked among lovely family homes. One of my favorite parts was taking evening walks to admire how the locals decorated their houses — one even had a window frame hanging in the front yard's tree! The house itself was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and with a private entrance, which made it feel like my own little retreat. Just a small heads-up for taller guests — the shower head is at a standard height, and at 6'5", I had to do a little maneuvering. Not a complaint, just something to note if you’re over six feet tall. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely come back!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aaron & Leigh’s. It’s a beyond perfect setup for anyone, staying for a night, or even weeks. They’re generous, accommodating, communicative, and responsive. Not to mention their place is in a beautiful area, walkable to many main attractions downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

I had a wonderful stay at Adam’s! It was in a perfect safe location and near many restaurants and shopping. Check in was super easy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

This is an excellent deal for a private place to stay in the Brentwood neighborhood! If you're visiting Austin and haven't been, I'll let you know - you surely can fill your trip with food, shopping, and activities near this location. Brentwood Social House (caffeine, beer, small bites) is within walking distance, and I always love checking out the antiqu, vintage, and vinyl shops nearby. This is a great location between two major roads, and mere minutes from an HEB. The space itself was cozy, clean, and just what we needed.

We had a great stay! The cabin was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you’d need. It perfectly balanced rustic charm with contemporary touches. I felt comfortable and right at home. It was also conveniently located, just a short drive to the city. The only downside was its proximity to the road. It would have been nice if it was gated to block off the side road so we could let our dogs run freely without worry. That said, the area was still quiet and serene. Chris was a wonderful host. He was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and answered all our questions promptly.

We had a great stay at Melissa’s place for our annual trip to the Red Poppy Festival. It’s a lot more spacious than it looks from the outside and well laid out. Easy walk to the square with all the shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Melissa was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back. I stay in Austin frequently, and this one probably one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. Beautiful place, comfy bed, really relaxing. Absolutely recommend if you’re wanting to stay in east Austin or to relax on a solo trip.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a perfect location for my first time visiting Austin - so easy to catch a ride downtown. The patio has a gorgeous view of the DT Austin skyline. David was so friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and I felt right at home.

The cottage was so cute and matched the description and photos perfectly! It was the perfect space for our weekend wedding getaway. Megan and Nick were fantastic hosts and always responsive and helpful. They made check in and check out as easy as possible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience with Rachel! She communicated very well and instructions were clear. The bed was super comfortable with cotton/natural fiber bedding (really makes a difference!). We also appreciated the Brita pitcher in the fridge. AC worked well! Very quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. In walking distance to restaurants. Location was just 15 minutes from the airport. It was a nice little place to stay for a couple if weeks. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient for where I needed to go. The noise level was very low as well. Overall it was a great experience!

A great stay in Austin at Megan's place. The place was clean, modern, and had everything you needed. The AC was amazing, and the bed was comfy. The selling feature is the pool and backyard area. Sooo nice to cool down after a hot day. Thank you Megan, highly recommend!

Such a cute place! We loved the different couches and all the plants inside and outside, felt super cozy. Really enjoyed the wooden interior!

This location was a gem. Not only is it very easy to find, it is tucked away from most of everything which made it perfect for me since I was traveling for work purposes. I was able to pop back in and have a very peaceful stay afterwards. It is definitely cozy as it states. I also had a small dog with me and she was immediately comfortable as well. The host are very nice as well. When I was checking in, someone offered to help me bring up my things (as I was dragging a very heavy work cooler up the stairs). Please take advantage of this location as it is close to the lake and so many other amenities. I spent my last morning cooking breakfast over the small fire pit out back and it was a wonderful way to end my trip for the weekend. If you want peace and tranquility, this is your place.
