Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gentilly, New Orleans

Phil and I have been staying at Louis and Aldonia’s home every year for our anniversary, for about 3 or so years now, out of all the places in the city we have stayed.. Their place is the absolute best, extremely responsive and warm, very kind and understanding if any issues arise. They are very quick to responding. Absolutely incredible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so welcoming for us every single year. Can’t wait to come back next year and so forth!

Great place! Very comfortable and the hosts were accommodating and responsive. We frequent New Orleans often and were in town for Jazz Fest this time, which is easily walkable from here. This is a fun little neighborhood to check out and we were glad for a reason to stay here!

Very nice place to stay near the French quarter! We were there for a weekend and it had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and always reassured us we could contact them for anything. Definitely a place I 100% recommend very spacious and clean!

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

We stayed here for my partners birthday and we loved it. Easy to locate and easier to get in without needing to physically meet someone which I loved! Location is great and the host is always very responsive. I will be booking again in the future!

Great location! Neighborhood was very walkable and safe. We were traveling with a dog and enjoyed having an outdoor space for her.

Shirley and Minka are very detailed in their description of finding the place and how to check in and check out. Everything was a described. They send instructions and details a few days earlier than when you arrive, which is great! I loved that there were places they recommended for shopping and eating. Wonderful hosts. This place was perfect. Clean when we walked in, not far from French Quarter so when we were ready to socialize we could but it was so quiet at the Airbnb it was perfect when you were over it! Every thing you need is walkable. This place was perfect and will be my go to when I come back!

The location of Jason’s house was great - we were within a 10-15 minute drive of just about everything we wanted to do. The house looked exactly like the pictures but was bigger than the pictures make it look. Jason was very responsive when we had questions and provided local recommendations.

Aimee and Klass have the perfect spot for your NOLA trip. The space is large, open and comfortable. It was a great place to hang out after a busy day as well as great for taking a break between excursions. The space was impeccable and had everything we needed! The location is top notch, too! There are tons of local shops and cafes in walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Aimee and Klass were the friendliest hosts, always reaching out to make sure we were having a great stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans.

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

The house was extremely comfortable and a short uber to all tourist attractions.

This was the stay of our life time. Our accommodations were superb and we were able to connect with many old friends who live in New Orleans. We definitely have preferred staying at Brenna and Nick’s to any hotel in town. Will certainly be back.

Loved our stay here the home was decorated with love and home was very spacious would have love to had a second bathroom with 3 ladies and 1 guy but we made due Susanna was so helpful even offered to drop us at the store.. really enjoyed how warm and homey it felt I would definitely stay here again.. thanks for being a great hostess…

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

The apartment is just as shown and described. We particularly like the location because it is close enough to the action without being in the midst of it. Michelle was very responsive when one of the small kitchen appliances quit working. She had a new one to us in no time!

My wife & I stayed at Brad & Ben's loft in downtown New Orleans for a couple of nights while in town for a family wedding. Loved it! Great location near the French Quarter and other local destinations. The loft is very nice, clean and most importantly - great beds & sheets! When in this kind of location and being out & about, that's really the most important thing to get recharged. Very nicely appointed and clean, zero complaints. Brad's communications and instructions were very clear and well organized, making everything simple. Much appreciated and would definitely stay here again.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Airbnb experience.

this property was modern and beautiful! it was open, white and gave a majestic feeling. the long entry hallway was some5hing from a movie. two of the bedrooms had balconies. as well as ceiling to floor windows expanding from the dining room to the living room. The views from all are gorgeous. The location was amazing as it was about a 15 min walk to Bourbon street and many of the tourists locations. The host was responsive, as well. usually within 5 mins of an inquiry. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment if you're going to be in town amd want to stretch out in comfort.

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.
