Holiday rentals with a pool in Genoa

My family had a great stay at Mark’s place. We enjoyed the trail just steps from the backyard with our toddler. The home was a great place for a long weekend to unwind in nature. Thoughtfully stocked with amenities and host provided a great list of local recs.

Really enjoyed the layout of the home and the kitchen. The jetted tub in the masters really nice and the pool table and games led to alot of fun nights with friends. Host was really responsive and instrucions were clear and check in/out was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. It was a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful trails but not far from Truckee and amenities. The house was super well maintained and clean with a desk set-up so I could work and fast internet! We loved the deck and natural light pouring into the home. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

Blue Mountain Haus offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. With parking right in front of the unit and a shuttle to the village just two doors down. This beautifully remodeled unit in NorthStar at Tahoe feels like home. Thoughtfully decorated, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for the family chef, seamlessly connecting to the dining and family rooms for quality time together. The cozy living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and stunning snow-capped hillside views. A quaint balcony with a bistro table is perfect for coffee, wine, or simply enjoying the scenery. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plush mattresses, soft linens, and fresh pillows. A stocked laundry area with new machines keeps up with outdoor adventures. Thoughtful details and communicative hosts made this our most memorable vacation rental. Beautiful stay in Lake Tahoe! The beach and pool are just out the back door. The condo complex is family friendly and our toddler loved playing in the water. Unit is located just a short walk from a marina, shops and restaurants. Unit was well-stocked with cooking essentials and was immaculately clean. It was warmer than expected so we did miss the A/C, but the unit had many fans to keep it breezy (we were able to set one up in every room). Overall had a wonderful stay!

It was lovely, they let us check in about an hour early, an check out an hour later than the regular time. Much appreciated.

Great accommodation for a weekend. Cozy and had all the right amenities. Only downside is that it’s a bit challenge to get ride accommodations to go outside of village to Truckee area.

Nice, cozy space that had everything we needed. We were there off-season and so it felt a bit isolated as we seemed to be the only people in the building. Also, the snow pack was so high there was almost no light coming through the window, though that couldn't be helped!

Great location — close to Northstar’s shops and restaurants, and an easy drive to Lake Tahoe. The property was just as described, and the host was very helpful with clear instructions and great communication. Enjoyed our stay!

Will definitely be a repeat guest! Access instructions were clear, the space was just as described and absolutely perfect for two people. Hand soap, dish soap, sponge and shower liquids provided. The space gets direct morning sun and gets stuffy quickly, but airflow with the open windows remedies that in a jiffy, and a box fan is in the closet! The only hiccup was the tv. No audio cable for the dvd player. There were some tv channels, but the night before checkout, every channel was blanked out and unavailable, so we couldn’t enjoy shows before bed or our breakfast and tv before checkout. A relatively small snafu in such a beautiful place, but will plan for a laptop with downloaded content next time as the internet is too slow to stream (as described in the listing). Private beach and pier across the street were perfect for taking photos of the Milky Way. Thank you, Carol Ann. We can’t wait to stay again!

The host was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable retreat in Tahoe.
