The most incredible property I’ve ever stayed in. Celebrating my 40th with my best friends will be my most memorable birthday. The house was just stunning, so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great facilities with everything we needed. Spa maintained a perfect temperature all weekend. The master suite was so luxurious with the inclusion of the bathroom spa. Comfortable beds with the best linen. I couldn’t recommend this property enough, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for having us

This is my second time staying here and I will look to return again next year. It's a beautiful property with so much space to relax and dine, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows showcasing expansive views of the ocean, and wonderfully large outdoor areas as well as bathrooms. I love the location as it is almost directly on the beach, and a short walk to the main Ocean Grove shops. Would highly recommend!

Simon and Mella’s home was absolutely perfect for our family wedding weekend. The house was ideal for three families and our grandchildren loved the games and trampoline. The house well equipped and had everything (and more) than we could have asked for. The views were magnificent and the surrounds were so very peaceful. Time in the hammock and looking out to the ocean is a must if you stay at 180 Vista! Simon and Mella responded immediately to any questions l had and were extremely accommodating with check in times. The Airbnb exceeded our expectations, the photos didn’t do it justice. So beautiful, clean and we had everything we needed plus more! All 8 of our guests were so grateful to stay in such a stunning spot, definitely felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book! Stunning place to stay. Very spacious and beautiful bedrooms. Modern bathrooms and fully equipped with everything you need. Efficient heating during a winter stay. One of the best I've ever been.

Highly recommend this stay. Such a beautiful large house great for lots of couples. Has all of the amenities you need and nice and close to the main town. House was very responsive and also offered us a late check out which was nice.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

A great spot with Views, Privacy and Space. Lots to do and central to the Mornington Peninsula. We had three family’s share the space for a birthday weekend and enjoyed the fireplace, open kitchen, vineyard walk, baloneys and great amenities. I would defiantly recommend and stay again. Perfect for a large group.

Great Easter break location. Walkable to market, main shopping area, lighthouse and playgrounds. Bree's place is well set up for group stays with parking inside the gate for 2 cars. Bedrooms are off the lounge. Next time we'll bring the dog too. Thanks for the treats.

Michelle’s place was perfect for our two nights away with the girls while we did the Coastrek walk. We could walk to Sorrento front beach easily so didn’t need the car. The house was great with everything we needed. It was cosy with the fire lit in the lounge :) Michelle is friendly and responsive, thank you ☺️

Maureen's accommodation was perfectly suited to our family's needs. Everyone was very impressed with the size of the property, the layout of rooms and the living/ kitchen area. The outdoor space is fantastic and very practical with a large group. We loved our stay.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

Wonderful place to stay. Immaculately clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you need. It’s a decent sized beach house on a big pocket of land, plenty of room for the kids. Karen was an amazing host, proactively providing all the information we needed and checked in after our stay to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Can’t recommend both the place and Karen enough.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). We had the most incredible experience staying at this Airbnb with our bridal party over our wedding weekend. The location was absolutely perfect for getting ready, with the stunning grounds providing the ideal backdrop for our first look and private vows. The property is beautifully maintained and spacious, offering two completely separate areas that allowed us to each have our own space while preparing for the big day (the boys in the suite and the bride's squad in the house). It also felt so homey and welcoming, which made it all the more special. Plus, it was just a short 20-minute drive to our wedding venue, Mt Duneed Estate. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful grounds made for unforgettable moments, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly.

We enjoyed our weekend at Grasslands Estate for our daughters first birthday. Plenty of space and the house had everything we needed.

Matt’s house is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. The house was massive, no hassle with keys or lock boxes, and Matt sends a document with every detail you’ll need about the house and appliances. We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.
