Es un lugar adorable, caminando fue muy fácil y cercano para recorrer la zona colonial, incluso de noche, cuenta con todo lo que menciona en la publicación y como detalle extra nos dejó unas botellitas de agua en el refrigerador y Sobres de café, muy rico por cierto, la gente muy amigable, frente al alojamiento venden sabrosa parrillada, atendida por Eduard, (chef capellán) señor muy amigable, por si regresan al alojamiento tarde y con hambre 🤭, En general todo muy bien, muchas gracias al anfitrión. Definitivamente volvería.

Limpio, ordenado y entrada autónoma excelente. No se puede acceder a La piscina y el área social sin que te acompañe el propietario del apartamento, el seguridad no te lo permite.

Fue un lugar muy agradable, bonito y acogedor. La comunicación con la anfitriona espectacular, fue muy amable y siempre pendiente a nosotros. Hay muchos lugares para visitar cerca del lugar, es cuestión de buscar las opciones de lo que desean realizar y dejarse sorprender.

Excelente lugar muy centrico muy Seguro y tranquilo lo unico que el parqueo es un poco estrecho e incomodo pero con paciencia se brega bien… 🥰🥰 Excellent place, very central, very safe and quiet. Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant across street as well as several others nearby. It's next to a dry cleaner and laundry store. There are several corner stores near by. It's also about an 8 min walk to the main zonal colonial area. You can see the beach from your front door or go up to the jacuzzi area for an even better relaxing view. The place was super clean. I especially liked the lights in the bedroom. The host was super responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will be staying here again!

Siamo stati in questo alloggio per due notti. La casa è molto spaziosa e in sei siamo stati benissimo. Ottima posizione in una zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa con il quartiere Coloniale raggiungibile a piedi. Franklin molto gentile e disponibile. Lo suggerisco senza riserve.

This place is well located accessible to many good restaurants and malls. And good view of the city.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment was decorated with a luxurious touch and felt like a high-end hotel. The building and surrounding area were very safe, which gave me great peace of mind. Everything was within walking distance, and having a great mall right across the street was a huge plus. This place definitely deserves 5 stars—highly recommend!

Kitchen has everything I needed in terms of pots and tools. Keyless entry to the apartment door. Also the indoor garage was perfect especially rainy days.

Jenifer was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything you see here is EXACTLY what you get and the price is definitely worth it. The staff would and can help you in any way and you can contact Jenifer with any issues that you may have. When I come back to Santo Domingo, I will be back here for sure!

We had a very pleasant stay at Jorien's Airbnb. We were allowed to check in earlier than expected and walked in to a clean and welcoming apartment. The AC works amazing, the amenities were great, and the host was responsive. There was security at all hours of the night and gated entries to the small community. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at Claudio’s airbnb. Claudio was very responsive during checkin. It was appeal space for 3 guest and we enjoyed our stay. Airbnb is in a convenient location, clean and looks exactly like the pictures. My only complaint would be that the jacuzzi barely had any water in it but I know that is out of the hosts control. Other than that, I highly recommend Claudio’s airbnb!

Rafael’s place was amazing. In the center of the city close to everything. Very quiet and safe area. The apartment felt very homey! Definitely will be back. Very responsive host as well.
