We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Nice clean apartment in a very good location, just 2 streets down from the cathedral and main town sqaure. Only the bedroom has A/C but it worked very well and quickly.

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. I was in Santo Domingo for work with a group of colleagues, so we couldn't enjoy the house as much as we would have liked. However, it maintains an open and pleasant concept. The area is quiet and allows you to move easily to any place in Santo Domingo.

I stayed at this tiny place for a quick getaway, and it was absolutely perfect for a night or two. Despite its size, it had everything I needed, clean towels, a comfortable bed, a functional kitchenette, and even some thoughtful touches that made the stay feel easy and convenient. The place was clean, which I really appreciated. Best of all, the location couldn't be better. Great value for a shirt stay.

I loved this place! I stayed 3 weeks with my husband and baby, the apartment is very comfortable and nice, it has everything you need for a long or short stay, even a Netflix account available for guests. The amenities (pool, terrace, playground, sports bar, gym) are very nice, enjoyable and in excellent condition; brand new EVERYTHING! I really liked that this Airbnb has a crib/playpen and a small mobile baby bath tub, it was a great help. The area in which it is located is spectacular! Sea view from the terrace and it has a supermarket, pharmacies, hospital and many food places nearby, it is a very quiet and safe area. The building's security is also excellent; no one enters without being properly identified, and there is good communication with the lobby concierge. Every day in the morning and afternoon, the building maintenance staff knocks to collect the trash. I felt at home and would stay again. 100% recommended! Thank you!!

Spacious and beautiful apartment, with all the amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. With good parking and security at all hours. The area is very quiet, clean and close to everything. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests that we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. I totally recommend it and we'll be back. Thank you very much!
