Me and my children absolutely loved our stay. Alan was such a an amazing host. He was truly attentive and very responsive. His place made us feel like we were right at home. His home looks exactly like the photos. It's relaxing, quiet and near all of the fast foods restaurants and a supermarket 2 blocks away. Definitely a 9 out of 10 I would recommend and return. Everything was great, 5 star across the board , the only thing was there were two buildings in the same area named the same thing so pay close attention to the address

5 stars – Beautiful Apartment & Great Host! I had a fantastic stay at Juan Antonio’s apartment in Piantini, Santo Domingo. The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. Juan Antonio was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the mall and nearby grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. Whether you’re in town for business or relaxation, this spot is perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended!

I spent a wonderful three months in this apartment! It was very well-equipped for long term stays, was peaceful, quiet, and spacious, and the internet was fast and reliable. I will miss watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Having a huge grocery store half a block away plus the beautiful iberoamerica park was an extra bonus. Best of all was the host Roxanna who was extremely responsive, proactive, empathetic and kind. I'd love to stay here again!

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

It’s in a great location, secure building with friendly staff. Balcony view was amazing , Host was always on point and very responsive when I needed something. The area is walkable and you will find a lot to do. Not far from amazing restaurants, la zona colonial, Boca chica, 30 mins away from the airport. I highly recommend this place!

The private property with two very comfortable rooms was perfect for my stay. The location is excellent, as it is right across from UASD University, and there is a La Sirena supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We had a few quirks with appliances after checking in but all of those concerns were addressed promptly the following morning. One of our guests left a sweater and their team was nice enough to coordinate with them to ship it back to New York. Amazing hospitality!!

A VERY convenient location, only steps from morning coffee, great restaurants and even famous historical sites. 4-6 minute walk to water views, and somehow all in a quiet, restive place. This is the perfect place to rent in Santo Domingo.
