Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage and shower, but is located at a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Cottage in beautiful nature

Charming, newly-built house in the countryside in quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area of about 100 meters . On the property there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Stay in “Kråkboet”, a converted barn in the countryside.

You live in the Crow's Nest, a converted barn, secluded, on our property. An apartment about 70 sqm housed in a barn, with 6 sleeping places, divided into 4 bunk beds and a divisible double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. We've provided the Crow's Nest with a Google Home device. If you don't want to use it, just unplug it. :) However, it is an invaluable tool for the visually impaired, for example.

Cottage nearby sea and forest.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
