Mansion holiday rentals in Gatlinburg

A group of 7 (ages 10 - 70) spent a birthday weekend here. We arrived 20 min before check in and were allowed in. Joe replied promptly! We were initially supposed to be a group of 10, but the others couldn’t make it. Had they come, we still would’ve had ample room and some. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Everything worked accordingly. The cabin is beautiful, well kept, & has something for everyone to do. We ventured out into town, but you could easily have a staycation here & wont get bored. We enjoyed all the amenities that were offered. The fire pit outside is great for s’more’s, the theatre is comfy, & the jacuzzi was clean. The views are stunning from everywhere in the house. Although, the trees need to be trimmed, they are obstructing the views a bit from the top deck. Cherry on top, was seeing a couple of bears during our stay. Just casually strolled by & one walked right up the drive way. We plan on coming back next summer with our original group.

Was definitely as nice as the photos. One of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the theater and game room, it looked awesome and would rent this place again on another trip. Kallie and Tom were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Thanks!

The house was perfect for a family vacation! There was plenty to do in the house for children and adults. The views were incredible especially watching bears walk by!

We took our family here for a vacation which we do every few years and I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. The house was everything we expected it to be and the views are AMAZING! We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and I can honestly say Andrew’s responsiveness was the best I have ever encountered. Would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Awesome place to stay! Loved the views and the privacy of the home. Everything was exactly as described and the hosts responded to all messages. Perfect for all age groups. We have 2 kids under 3 and they had a great time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Birdsong Ridge. The house was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean, very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit, cornhole, hot tub, and the Pac-Man arcade. Beautiful view! Short drive to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg.

Joshua was the BEST host. I’ve stayed at quite a lot of air bnbs and he by far goes above and beyond. The house was BEAUTIFUL and THE VIEW IS JUST breathtaking. I am so grateful for our stay here. I couldn’t come up with a complaint even if I tried. Pool was great, the kids loved it. We even got to see a little fox roaming around. 10/10 would recommend! We will miss it and hope to be back one day soon. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home and being a wonderful host!

The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. The host is very nice and responds quickly to questions ect. The home has nice comfortable beds with awesome bathrooms and good size tvs. The kitchen has a lot of space and is awesome. Kids enjoyed the game room with pool table and shuffle board. The theater room was awesome for movie night. Overall this is a beautiful spacious cabin for a large family.

Highly recommend, very open floor plan but bedrooms are private. We enjoyed our stay.

Very peaceful and quiet. The pictures of the view are spot on and we enjoyed watching the sun set several nights. The home is spacious with ample beds and three legitimate full sized bathrooms which was very nice. David was exceptionally responsive before and throughout our stay. Very pleased with him. The living spaces were also wonderful for my family of five to enjoy watching a movie or playing a board game. The deck is pure heaven for a morning coffee. Admittedly the drive up to the house is a little daunting at first. There are a few steep spots, however our two 4 cylinder vehicles made it up every time. Trust me, you will become very ok with the climb as the home is well worth it. Location is also wonderful as it is very secluded but only about 12 minutes from The Island. We very much enjoyed our stay and I could not imagine a more responsive and focused host.

The cabin was a great place for our family to enjoy the Smokey Mountains for a week. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a few issues with bugs, which is to be expected in the mountains and they were quick to respond and drop off a spray. My kids loved the pool table and video game in the lowest level. A 4x4 vehicle of some sort would be the best to reach the house, since it’s at the top of a steep road. Overall, this is a beautiful mountain retreat where many family memories were made.

What a beautiful place! The porches are perfect for enjoying the views of the mountains and peacefulness. The home is at the end of a dead-end road, which is what makes it so serene. The cabin is open and spacious, with plenty of room for a family to spread out, or gather together in the living room or around the large table. We appreciated a squeaky clean high chair! I had confirmed before the visit that a crockpot was in the cabin, however, there was not one in the unit. Our hosts responded by sending out a new one to us the same day. Although there were delays at times (W/E) the hosts were consistently responsive. The description says there is room for four cars, but the driveway is irregularly shaped, so getting around vehicles to get out can be a challenge. Experienced drivers recommended for the roads and the driveway. Loved that the master BR (top floor) had its own AC. Also- thanks for the LR furniture covers for our dogs :) We loved our stay and the TN hospitality!

Had a wonderful week stay at Thunder Splash with my family! Great mountain location, very peaceful. House was amazing, had large comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Kids loved the indoor pool so they could still play even when we had a rainy day! Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Looking for the perfect place? Look no further! Minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! We didn’t even have to leave the cabin to see the bears. Every morning we watched from the balcony the bears would come and enjoy the creek right out front! This home has everything needed for the perfect stay. Decor was right out of a magazine. Definitely a woman’s touch with every detail on point. Pinterest and Martha Stewart would be impressed. 10/10 would recommend. We had 2 families with our children ages from 5-22 (9 people total) and they all enjoyed the cabin’s gameroom with the pool table and even the husband enjoyed the arcade video games on both floors. The pleasant surprise was the coffee bar on the top floor with a mini fridge and coffee set up so you could start your day off right. Better than Starbucks! This is the place you want to be! The multi-level balconies made it perfect to enjoy having extra space with the hot tub set up to the side. Bonus the community pool access.

We loved staying here! It was clean, roomy, comfy beds and cute decor. Loved having private bathrooms for 2 of the bedrooms, as well as the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was large and lots of seating. The hot tub was great and the porch swings downstairs were awesome. Only downside is you have to walk through the bedrooms to get to that deck. Host was super responsive and went above and beyond when we needed something. We loved our time here! The roads to get there are steeper than we expected but we got used to it quickly. Only 10-15 min from downtown Gatlinburg and 5 min from the grocery store and a few quick shops!

We had an amazing time at 809 Pine Top Vista! The house was clean, had great views and plenty of space to accommodate our family! Sean was so easy to communicate with and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good and we didn’t need anything. We would absolutely recommend staying here!!

We enjoyed our vacation in Gatlinburg at Kelly and Shaun’s place. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and theatre room downstairs. Bears do frequent the area so you need to be aware of your surroundings when outside - we saw at least one bear three of the four days we were there - the cutest was a mother cub walking down the streets with her three little cubs.
