Enjoy quiet mornings and evenings in the living areas, prepare meals with ease in either kitchen, or head to the game room featuring a sectional sofa, smart TV, and an expansive DVD collection for both young & old. Step outside to take in the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The home offers a large wraparound porch, along with both covered and uncovered deck spaces, perfect for dining, lounging, or simply enjoying the lake views. A private trail behind the home leads directly to the waterfront, with stairs from the back deck providing access down to the shoreline. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Things to know: Fireplaces are not operational. This is a pet-free property. Parking is available for 3 to 4 vehicles. The home is equipped with a digital E lock. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival and is reset after each stay. Guests must be 18 years or older to book this property.

Welcome to Rosete Family Farms-Guest House! We live on a classy organic blueberry farm! It is a beautiful modern 1,400 sqft farmhouse that is very relaxing! It also has a 1,200 sqft event center attached and courtyard area that can be rented separately to host events or retreats. Our Airbnb guests which includes 10 people or under still have access to use the event center for meals , yoga or activities. Our ladies groups love taking advantage of the beautiful space for their amazing weekends!

Welcome to our peaceful and beautiful wooded lot with plenty of parking for trailers and space to hike. 25 minute drive to bike trails between Lake leatherwood, Bentonville and Rogers. Master bedroom has a comfortable queen and walking closet. Second room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Amenities like internet, smart TV, mini fridge, cooking stove, coffee, utensils, plates, microwave, extra full bed if requested, bike wash station. Basement has a private entrance for guests.

Wooded, very private cabin down its own road in the mountains outside Eureka Springs. Wonderful outdoor space with large stone fireplace and swing-bed. Cabin is about 10 miles from downtown and is over 100 years old but has been completely restored to its original glory. Very secluded and wonderfully tranquil spot to relax and refresh. Bring your furry friends with you! We are located close to the White River and Lake Leatherwood park as well as Beaver Lake which is about 5 minutes away.
