We loved this house. We’ve stayed in Rotonda West and this was the nicest by far. The house was beautiful. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds! It was perfect for us as a couple, our extended family were in a house nearby. The area was peaceful and well cared for, a good location for beaches and golf. We can’t wait to come back

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

We stayed at this beautiful home with our toddler and another family with two small kids, and the experience was AMAZING! The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family vacation. The highlight for all of us was definitely the private pool and back patio area, beautifully maintained & comfortable. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to pool toys for the kids. Michelle was also very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We can’t recommend this place enough, it’s perfect for families and groups looking for a fun, relaxing getaway. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located – we truly felt right at home from the moment we arrived. This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet. The house and grounds were beautiful. There was something for everyone from 2 years old to 72. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Romy was proactive and checked on us but the setup was so well executed we wanted for nothing. We saw iguanas, owls, and bunnies. Sunsets were beautiful. The pool area had space for all. We will be back!

This is the second time we've stayed at Kevin's place. It's an awesome house and a great value. The best feature is tbe outdoor living space, with a huge pool, dining area and kitchen. The views from the canal are so peaceful, you'll spend a lot of time outside! Kevin is a superior host and is very accommodating.

Returning visitors here. Perfect, yet again. Beautiful spot for a peaceful getaway. Everything you need is there. We love our daily bike rides to and from the beach. The house is immaculate and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone in a second. We will probably be back again!

Wonderful stay! Clean and functional, everything we needed was provided, from games to towels to umbrellas to chairs. Pool was wonderful, golf carts were great, house was very nice, beds were comfortable, outdoor living spaces were perfect. The on-island property manager was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and we hope to stay again someday!

This place was perfection! If you have kids, they will be in heaven! The pool was warm and many pool toys were provided. There were tons of sand and beach toys as well, which made for a fun trip! The kayaks were great and the location is wonderful. The surprise great part was Nick next door, who gave great recommendations and made us feel like part of the neighborhood. The house had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and plenty of amenities. I couldn’t recommend more, this is a must stay if you are in the area!

We loved Joanna’s space! We had two kids (ages 4 and 6) and a 2 month old and it had everything we could possibly need! Joanna was responsive and proactive. The pool kept the kids entertained for hours!

Had such a great stay. The house was super comfortable and had all the touches of home—from cozy surroundings to thoughtful amenities, even in the bathrooms, which really made it nice. My (grown) kids ❤️ and I had the best time—short walk to the beach, ( full beach gear available) and the pool was perfect to come back to and unwind. The owners were super responsive to any requests we had, which made the whole experience even better. We packed in a lot of fun and laughs, and this place made it all easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great house. My family and I had an amazing time. The house was super clean. The pool and back dock area were a great feature of the house. Lots to do in the house. Great location. From the moment we walked in the front door, we knew our holiday was going to be incredible. We had a very late flight and Cara unlocked the door for us on arrival to make entry smooth as silk. Waiting for us was a welcome card and as we walked room to room, we were in awe. The pictures do not do this home justice and not a single detail was overlooked. It is impossible to not feel at home and we are so thankful we made the choice to stay at Cara’s resort. Cara was extremely responsive and proud of the local community. We dined at several of her recommended spots and not disappointed at any of them. The outdoor kitchen made it difficult to leave however, we wanted to experience the local life. Thank you Cara for being an attentive and caring host. We hope this will be a place we visit with our family many times in the future. 🩷

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
