This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and dock with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are stunning! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, dishwasher, wc, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened onto the patio which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers. This is a quiet, close to nature and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Take a morning swim in the lake or sit and cozy in front of the wood stove. At the lake there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can use freely for a fee. It's a special experience you don't want to miss. Tiveden National Park with its easily accessible and wild nature is a popular excursion we really recommend. We are happy to advise you about tours.

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

We felt very comfortable in the cottage, which was constructed and very interestingly designed by the landlords themselves, and the pleasantly arranged outdoor area. If you are dependent on public transport, the radius of movement is limited. It is 4 km to the lake or the beginning of the Götakanal. We were able to explore the great surroundings by bike. The hostess contributes to a very pleasant stay with her nice helpful manner.

A perfect accommodation with several cottages, many beds and the opportunity to get some me time when needed. Large veranda to be able to eat outdoors and socialize when the weather was good. Many bikes in different sizes and the bike trailer was perfect for bringing both children and the picnic basket. Quick response to questions and concerns.

Staying in Alexander's house was a real experience. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace, the view, the swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and the boat trip to the island. Alexander gave us the good tip to watch the sunset, worth it! As the icing on the cake, we also saw the northern lights. The accommodation was spacious, cozy and very homely. In short, we would have liked to stay longer.

We had 2 very nice days. Louise is a very nice host, despite our last-minute booking she responded quickly and we could find the route and everything in the house thanks to her clear description. The cabin is equipped with everything you need, with the new bathroom a 1-minute walk away, the cabin is complete. The view over the garden & lake, sauna and swimming jetty are fantastic, we will definitely miss them. We'd love to come back!
