Within walking distance to historic district and a quaint city center, reminiscent of small town America. Many varied restaurants in all price ranges. Numerous antique stores, gift shops and art studios within walking distance. Celebrate Orange International Street Fair over Labor Day weekend, visit Chapman University, close to professional stadiums (LA Angel's and Anaheim Ducks), Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Newport Beach, and Balboa Island. Los Angeles and Hollywood with all their attractions just 35 miles away. Palm Springs is a little over an hour from here and San Diego is usually a three hour drive. John Wayne Airport is about 15 minutes by car, Ontario airport and LAX about an hour away. You'll find a basket of attraction brochures and local restaurant menus in your room. With so much to do and see, you'll have to come back again and again! Orange County Transit Authority (OCTA) bus stops nearby on Tustin Avenue. The train station serving Amtrack and Metrolink, is approximately 1 mile away. Take the train to San Clemente Beach or the mission at San Juan Capistrano for a lovely day trip! Within a mile, or walking distance there are hundreds of restaurants, farm animals, parks, shops, haircut, churches, carwash, rental car, ice cream, and much more! There is an iron and small ironing board provided. We have no pets, but are visited occasionally by the local wildlife (birds, wild parrots, butterflies, squirrels, and sometimes o'possum). While the Cottage is a separate building (no shared walls), the property contains the main house and garage. These indoor spaces are connected by outdoor garden and patio spaces. We have a comfortable 3” folding floor Mat and bed linens (Disney Frozen if your extra person chooses). We also have a rectangular pack-n-play for wee ones with extra fitted sheets. Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance from Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

This is a converted garage flat behind our 1920's spanish bungalow. It's a quiet, tree-lined street in historic Santa Ana. Bowers Museum, Science Center, Mothers Market and the Mall complete with a bowling alley and movie theater are across the street. Funky, fun area to explore. Downtown Santa Ana Artists Village is only a mile away and Disneyland a few miles drive. The 5, 22 and 57 freeways are all right here if you are driving, or take the train to the beach or downtown LA. One bedroom.

12 min to Disneyland - Family friendly 2 bdrm

Brand new July 2022 spacious studio 12 minutes from Disneyland Anaheim. High end appliances and a washer and dryer. Living room has barn-style doors leading into the bedroom. When barn-doors are closed, living room couch can be made into a queen size sleeper and it gives you the feel of a 2-bedroom unit. I have another unit next to this incase you need more space or traveling with other family/friends.
