Overall a good place to stay. Good location for Disneyland and multiple freeway connections for surrounding LA. Good parking if you need to charge using a third party charger in the parking stall. Rates may vary tho. Place is clean and easy instructions to get to the home.

Stephanie is very nice respectful and very patient And professional she will go out of her way to help you enjoy your stay I don’t like her apartment I love it I enjoyed every minute I spend in her property I recommend Stephanie’s place for any one that wish to enjoy peace quality and luxury it worth every penny I paid it’s well spent Thank you so much miss Stephanie Please keep the good work . We loved staying at this cozy Airbnb in Costa Mesa! Street Parking and check in were super easy. Compact yet has everything you need and more!!! We loved the Japanese toilet and the beautiful bathroom! Would definitely recommend and come back! Thanks a lot!

The apartment is very clean and sweet, it is well furnished and fully equipped , just like your own home. I especially like the second bedroom, it has two big size beds and very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay there!

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

I had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

This is my first time ever booking an airbnb. The host sent a list and picture visuals for instructions on how to get in whether it was with or without a car. This made it extremely smooth and understanding to know how to get to the location of the airbnb. A parking spot and guest parking was provided. The host was able to always answer my questions and even gave us an extra 30 mins for us to check out since we were a little behind. Place looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and tidy and they even provided toiletries and towels, full sets of cups, plates, and silverware, cooking ingredients (sauces and stuff) and it just felt like home. We didn’t need to buy anything extra because everything was provided for us. Lux Properties is outstanding and was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing living space for a one night stay. Thank you so much, and if me and my friends ever plan on coming down again, we will definitely book with Lux Properties! :)

We stayed for the weekend and we had a wonderful experience. The beds were so comfortable, the continental breakfast was perfect, and the patios were private and peaceful. Ollie was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations! Thanks Ollie!

Nate’s place was the heart of all our activities in Orange County. We particularly appreciated the comfortable accommodations and the amenities, including the gym and parking garage. Just a short walk away, there’s a fantastic food hall with some incredible food and even a bar with relaxing outdoor seating.

My favorite stay so far of any I’ve done Airbnb at! My only thing, because I’m not some pro driver, was getting into the gate/narrow driveway. Originally was to be a solo trip so I’m glad I ended up having company who was able to do that well for me LOL! But other than that I really loved the place! Clean and felt right at home! Yummy banh mi spot of walkable distance and area was just convenient for my purpose of the stay. Inside the home was very cozy and had all the essential amenities which helped me bring not as much as I could have since it was already all provided! I was in love with the water filter pitcher. Refilled my water and was so clean, filtered, and tasted refreshing! Literally would definitely live there if I could ooooother than that driveway I had my own problem getting into! But a very great and comfortable home I would def recommend 10/10!!

We really enjoyed our stay, although we ended up ubering to Disneyland because it wasn’t quite as walkable as we had hoped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We did get cold at night and there wasn’t enough extra blankets, but maybe they were stored somewhere else that we couldn’t locate. It was really clean and perfect for our Disneyland trip! We were too busy to use the pool but it was a short walk from the unit.

The apartment was clean and modern, and it had everything we needed. The building felt very safe, and amenities like the gym and pool were nice.

Farah place was very nice and clean. Although the directions seem confusing at first it’s actually really easy. Farah was very responsive. The place is super clean and big. Definitely would recommend staying. And it was down the street from the Irvine spectrum!

My husband and I wanted the comfort of a home after extending a business trip. We had everything we needed at this apartment! We especially loved the view from the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful walking path nearby. I also appreciated SunnyStay’s excellent communication and instructions.
