Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Garðabær

Inga has a beautiful 3 bedroom home which was prefect for our family of four. It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. All the essentials throughout the home made our stay easy, fun and efficient. It is about 20 mins from reykjavik, so car/taxi is important for transportation. The taxi service is quick and easy. There is a beautiful golf course next to the home. And the best was seeing the northern lights right from her back deck. We enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend it to others.

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung sofort rundum wohlgefühlt – fast wie in unserem eigenen Zuhause. Die Kommunikation mit Gudrun und Björgvin war außergewöhnlich freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert, und sie haben uns persönlich empfangen, was den Aufenthalt noch herzlicher machte. Die Wohnung war liebevoll und festlich weihnachtlich dekoriert, was uns sofort in eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre versetzte. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts – von der Ausstattung bis hin zur liebevollen Detailpflege war alles perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, jede Nacht wunderbar zu schlafen. Zudem waren die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür ein großer Pluspunkt, der den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Wir können diese Wohnung und die herzlichen Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

The host is very friendly and helpful, even though we booked the place at the last minute. He had the place ready for us within a few hours. The location is convenient, about 20 minutes from downtown Reykjavik, with free parking available in either an outdoor lot or an indoor garage. It is also very close to a Bonus, a grocery store chain popular with locals. The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with many luxury amenities. This is definitely a home away from home that we would love to return to. Thank you, Jon!

A lovely flat and a really lovely host. Let us check in nice and early, had a fully stocked kitchen which made a huge difference during our stay and was responsive throughout. Benedikt sent us some great recommendations as well! Couldn’t recommend more!

Great apartment, loads of room. Grocery 10 minutes walk away, city centre 30 mins walk away. Host very quick to respond to queries. We had a lovely time.

Absolutely wonderful apartment that is walkable to the main shopping/dining area. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals at home. Area felt very safe and was quiet. Would stay here again.

We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. I’d recommend this AirBnb to anyone!

Asta was so helpful with local recommendations, and her house was clean welcoming. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing. The location was perfectly central for exploring the Reykjavik peninsula.

I cannot say enough good things about this house. Not only was the home beautiful clean and very warm, but Vera was such a wonderful and communicative host. We traveled with our two-year-old son and she had a crib highchair and literally everything you could think of set up for a toddler so if you have kids, this is absolutely the place to go. There's even a little treehouse with a slide in the back and at night we could sit in the wonderful hot tub and see the northern lights. I would happily stay here again!!

We stayed here for our last night in Iceland to get to our flight the next day. Sunna's place is clean, neat, and cozy stay for all your short-term Reykjavik needs. Also, the neighborhood was really nice, peaceful and walkable. Overall, we had a great stay here!

What a great place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for everyone and such a great location - not far out of the city but very peaceful and beautiful. The favourite of the Air Bnb's we booked for our Iceland trip!

Stay here just like home. Great area to live and very quiet. There are several supermarkets and restaurants around. Dagmar is very responsive and definitely a great host with very good taste for home!

An absolutely stunning lake side villa close to the famous Golden Circle. We used it as our base for a week to explore Iceland with friends. We were two families, with three children in total. The villa is simply stunning, so beautiful and the perfect home away from home. We all loved returning back in the evenings and enjoying the sauna and hot tub. Then the grown ups sat up late to take in the never ending sun outside, snuggled with blankets and fire pit for company. We lost track how many photos we all took of the lake. We also enjoyed our coffee in the morning over looking the lake and running the loop around the lake. Communication was excellent and Telma couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. We 100% recommend and will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay in Iceland, much of this was due to the quality and convenience of Arni’s apartment and is excellent communication prior to and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

This place is out of the heart of downtown Reykjavik but if you have rented a car it is worth the money for the space. The listing is spot on, rooms are sizeable, the kitchen and living room is open concept and large. We felt at home here and our host was responsive with some of our questions. I would recommend staying here on vacation.

Sigurlaug flyttade till en ny lägenhet i huset bredvid några dagar innan vår vistelse, så vi bodde i denna nya lägenhet. Lägenheten är mycket fin och rymlig och utsikten över Reykjavik fantastiskt! Lägenheten är välutrustad med i stort sett allt man behöver. Sigurlaug var en perfekt värd och svarade snabbt på mina frågor och meddelanden.

Helgi was an excellent host, always accommodating and incredibly responsive. He made sure to check in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The house is spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean, with a perfect location that allows you to walk everywhere. The famous hot dog stand is right in front of the building, yet it’s still wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The backyard is the perfect setup for a barbecue, and the pantries are fully stocked, making the stay even more convenient. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Reykjavik!

It’s cozy apartment! The rooms are clean and the location is good. If you’re looking for a place near the city centre, it is a good option.

I cannot recommend this condo enough. This was a great place right outside of Reykjavík that allowed us to quickly go into town and provided a great jumping off point for our tours. The condo was welcoming and very clean - it is exactly how the photos and description describe it. The amenities were great, and the laundry was wonderful after long days. Also, Hannes was a phenomenal host. He allowed us to check in early because of an early morning flight, and was extremely responsive to any question I had. I cannot wait to return and rebook this condo. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Hannes for your hospitality!

Atli's place was my first Airbnb experience, so pleasant. New and clean apartment with all amenities. Atli was quick to respond in communication and provided detailed and helpful info. Because my flight was canceled at the last minute, I had to make itinerary changes, and Atli was very accommodating. The sun doesn't set completely during Iceland summer months, so blackout curtains are absolutely necessary. Out of the 3 rooms, the master bedroom was completely dark, but the 2 children's rooms were not. Other than that, Atli's home was so inviting and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
