Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

We offer you a free parking space at your accommodation. As the owner, we live in a separate apartment in the house on the upper floor and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have or give you tips for your stay.
