By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this quiet little chalet. The window opens directly to a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the essentials included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your front porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

I chose and furnished this accommodation to offer travelers what I look for when I am traveling myself: A welcoming, well-equipped, quiet place, that you can invest in by feeling almost at home... You will have a 20 m2 living room with equipped kitchen and dining area giving access to an 8 m2 terrace; a TV lounge and a 15 m2 bedroom with 160 X200 cm bed (2 beds of 80 and a common mattress topper, recent bedding), a bathroom with toilet.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

Studio peace and quiet place, park

Bright studio in our villa with its own entrance; with a total surface of 23 m2, it is ideal for up to two adults and a child. You will be comfortably installed in a quiet residential area (15 mi. walk from the center, bus (free) at 5 min.) On sunny days, you will be able to enjoy an outdoor area with table and chairs offering a view of the mountains. No smoking, no parties, no animals, thank you for your understanding.
