Holiday rentals with a pool in Gandia

La estancia en la casa ha sido muy buena. coincidía perfectamente con las fotos. la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy ágil y la ubicación excelente, a escasos metros de la entrada a la playa.

El alojamiento no se puede valorar por cada euro pagado, creo que la mejor manera de decirlo es que vale la pena cada segundo que pasamos en el. Ha sido el primer viaje con nuestro hijo de 3 meses y tiene todas las comodidades que puedes desear. Es un lugar que repetiré, no lo digo como frase prefabricada, es verdad, ya estamos gestionando tiempos en el trabajo para volver este año porque estamos encantados con el alojamiento y con el trato de Wilfried. Si buscas un lugar para desconectar con la familia, cerca de la naturaleza pero sin renunciar a las comodidades, este es el lugar.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

El alojamiento es excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas y se encuentra situado en una zona tranquila. Tienes tu propio bosque de patio, la pileta es super linda y el acceso es rápido. Ideal para ir con perro porque el patio está vallado y tiene mucho espacio para que ellos anden sueltos y disfruten la naturaleza. En resumen, un placer haber elegido este alojamiento. Estamos muy contentos, pudimos descansar y desconectar como queríamos.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase. Mike ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein wirklich guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Beim Empfang haben zwei köstliche Weine auf uns gewartet, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Fantastisch huis in een fantastische omgeving. Zeer smaakvol ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. De binnenplaats met de plunge pool is geweldig. Heel fijn dat we parasols, strandstoelen en zelfs waterschoenen en duikbrillen mochten gebruiken! Christobal is de perfecte host: hij was er bij de (door ons vervroegde) check in, legde alles goed uit, was altijd bereikbaar voor tips en advies, reageerde meteen. Zeer vriendelijk en benaderbaar. We komen zeker terug!

Fuimos dos parejas, el piso estaba perfecto, igualito que en las fotos, a 10 minutos andando del paseo marítimo y la playa. Una urbanización muy tranquila y se encuentra muy bien aparcamiento. El anfitrión Javier siempre pendiente a nuestras necesidades y nos recomendó muchos sitios para ir. Sin duda volveré!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Simon. Es war alles ganz wunderbar, von frischen Orangen & eigenen Eiern über eine zauberhaft eingerichtete Wohnung bis zum grandiosen Ausblick - für uns war es perfekt! Simon war super erreichbar und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Egal ob zum Arbeiten oder für die maximale Entspannung - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

El piso está en una zona genial cerca de la playa y el puerto, con muchas opciones de restauración. Hemos ido en época de poco turismo por lo que no era difícil aparcar pero puede que en temporada alta esté todo muy masificado. Total contacto continuo con Jose Luis para cualquier aspecto y firma de contrato mostrando total legalidad. El piso es antiguo pero con todo lo necesario para una familia. Son zonas vacacionales donde los precios están encareciéndose mucho.

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold i leiligheten. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Ich durfte eine Woche in Davids Unterkunft verbringen – und es war schlichtweg fantastisch! David ist ein aussergewöhnlich grosszügiger Mensch und ein Gastgeber mit ganzem Herzen. Schon bei der Ankunft spürte man, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er war nicht nur jederzeit erreichbar, sondern hat sich weit über das Übliche hinaus eingesetzt, damit wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Juwel: stilvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen, und der Balkon war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist zudem einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und doch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo mitten im Geschehen. Ob Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants – alles ist schnell erreichbar. Es gib einen praktischen und einfach Zugang via App, ideal. Ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hemos estado unos dias con una persona en silla de ruedas y la accesibilidad es muy buena. Asi como la persona que nos atendio, Lamiae, que ha estado atenta en todo momento y facilitandonos la estancia. El apartamento muy bien, en primera linea de playa.

Best Seaview which I ever seen. One of the most expensive Houses in this area. Elegant, big and deep swimmingpool , very clean, home in spainish regional style. The price is reasonable and if I come again to Moraira I m gonna choose only this point. What suggest to change is: warm water in pool.

We spent a week in this wonderful vila which is located in the best part of Moraira, just a few minutes from El Portet beach. The vila itself is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space is very well designed so you can spend whole day outside Carmen and Rafa are very friendly and polite hosts who are taking extra mile for their guests! We would highly recommend this place for all travellers!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Logement magnifique, communication avant et sur place très simple. Les seuls petits points négatifs, beaucoup de fourmis un peu partout dans la maison, et climatisation à l’étage, dans la chambre principale, qui ne fonctionne pas bien. A recommander

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en la casa! La zona es super tranquila y en coche era accesible a todo. Al llegar estaba super limpia y cuando necesitábamos algo nos respondían enseguida.

Het is een fantastische huis groot en heerlijk zwembad. Er zijn ook minpunten vieze kussens en dekbedden en sommige keuken gerei waren ook aan iets nieuws toe. Heel jammer voor z’n prachtig huis dan zou je denken dat alles in de puntjes verzorgd is.Misschien een hint om even naar te kijken 👀 Groetjes Janko Mady en Ria en Ron

Lovely home had all amenities you would need very modern clean comfy beds air con really good and lots furniture in and outdoors pool was a bit cold but enjoyable by end of the day location is close to things 20min walk to supermarket shops 40min to Finestrat we had older guests so was difficult to walk but easy enough to get taxis to and from Overall a great stay and would be happy to return
